    I ordered a fake UV Lamp from Uvilizer, thinking I had ordered from UVlizer, which is a legitimate company. I tried contacting the counterfeit company to get my money back and they never responded.

    On Aug.21, 2024 I placed an order for a disinfection tower, from an advertisement on my cell phone.There was no reference made to the size of the unit but when filling out the order, it showed pictures of the tower with the statement, "here is what you are buying". In the picture the tower looks like it is 18' tall as it is held by people. I paid $79.95 USD ($113.60 CAD) through ******. I received the tower on Sept. 3, 2024 and on the box, the description was; 17" height, 2.2 lbs (1 kg) and up to 250 sq ft of disinfection area.. When I opened the box, the tower was only 12'" high and my concern was that it wouldn't disinfect the area claimed and that I paid for a 17" tower.I immediately contacted customer service by email and was contacted by ****, who asked me to provide pictures of what I expected and what I received and I did. She agreed with me and told me she would send the correct size and to hold on to the original for return instructions. I agreed and told her I was happy with that resolution.On Sept.5, 2024, another person named *****, contacted me by email to tell me that according to " order details " i purchased a 12" high and 0.7 kg tower. So I explained the same thing as I told **** and said that I did not see those details anywhere in the advertisement nor on my confirmation of order, they sent me. I sent him a 2nd email with the picture of the box my order came in, where the dimensions and weight were clearly shown. I also asked him to send me a copy of the "order details", He has yet to respond to me and I sent him another email Sept. 9, 2024, again asking for the 'order details" and that I would like to resolve this according to ****** email. I still have not heard from anyone. (The advertisement can be seen on their web-site.).I'm filing this complaint because after reviewing company reviews on ****** as well as the BBB site in the ***, it seems like they tend to ignore any complaints until you file a complaint. So here I am.

    Purchased on May 4,2024 the uvilzer 2x Bundle - UVO254 Powered Home Disinfection Tower 1 at $152.62 and not satisfied with the purchase due to the harmful health symptoms the disinfection tower emits according to the reviews. Main issue is the company states in the order page that 100% satisfaction guaranteed or full refund. Second issue, I contacted the company 3 times using the online help form on their website as well as emailing them by responding to their confirmation of order email and shipping info emails to me. In all my messages I requested a return authorization, a response and refund of my purchase price and as of today, May 13,2024 I have not received any response. The shipment was delivered at My front door on Saturday when I was no home and there was no way for me to refuse shipment at my door so I returned the shipment to sender. I would like to warn consumers, this company isnt very trustworthy, reliable, customer oriented.
