      I ordered an item from Dreamland Jewerly the end of April. I waited and waited for the item and received an email on May 15 asking how my experience was. I responded back that I had just got back from vacation but did NOT receive the item. They responded back to me very rudely and condescending saying since I have a problem with packages theyd had to resend with a signature confirmation. I returned that email stating I did NOT wasnt anything to do with them and their company and to please refund my money. I no longer wanted to do business with them. Next thing I know, Im receiving another email saying a replacement item was being sent with a signature confirmation. I again explained that I wanted a refund but nobody would understand that. So approximately a week goes by and I refused the package. I explained this to them several times and they still ignored me repeatedly. Another email I sent said if the item wasnt picked by June 11, 2025, its be returned. Received email back again explaining that June 11, if it wasnt picked by then, it would be returned to them. I again emailed them saying it wasnt picked the 14 of June and Ive yet to receive my money back or any item from them. Its been almost 2 months with nothing but the run around with this company and all out insults from them. They refused to listen to anything I had to say. I want my money back and to never DEAL with any of them. Id give specific names but it never had any, just, from customer support.

      The products purchased do not match the website photos. These products are cheap costume jewelry at best. They will not allow you to return rings only exchange for a different size. This is even the case when the customer is truly unhappy with the quality of the product. The earings I bought are defective and I would still have to pay for shipping back to them for damaged product. The bracelet is so cheap and tiny you can't even clasp it. Total garbage products, terrible customer service and terrible policies. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY

      I am rejecting this response because: they are taking no responsibility for their less than adequate merchandise. A $25 gift certificate only compensates me for a portion of what I spent. The merchandise still fell apart only slightly past their 60 days and that was the point.
