    I purchased My Attorney Home and Business software made by Nova Development Corp. and paid an additional fee for an extended dowload period. The company did not send me the download code needed to obtain the software so far I have paid them and received nothing. I would like them to send me the code I paid for so I can obtain what I bought. If they won't, I want a full refund of all money paid. - the $2.95 additonal fee along with the $29.99 original fee. and taxes paid

    I paid for a Mac capable software through them: REMOVEDReplay. I was led to believe it would work with REMOVEDand it doesn't work with the current system.I was given contact to REMOVEDwho said they cannot refund because it was sold through Nova Development. I contacted them several times and they keep pushing me to different departments who say they don't do that and go to another department.
