    DO NOT purchase anything from BBQGrills.com. They deserve a negative star, not a 1. Unfortunately, I did not read the bad reviews before making our purchase. I placed my order for a Blackstone griddle on 8/24/25 with and estimated delivery date of 8/29/25. I chose ********* because they offered free freight and 10% off our purchase. I used a 12 month same as cash payment plan they offered with Affirm. Our Affirm account was charged immediately. The order status update showed that our griddle would ship within 5-7 business days, not deliver within 5-7 days. After day 7, I received an update that a BOL was issued and the carrier would be picking up our order within ***** hours. The status was never updated to "shipped" so that is when I started contacting them. They do not answer the phone and they do not return voicemails. I emailed them and had a few back and forths stating the product was not in stock and we could request a refund. We decided to request a refund. They did update the status to refunded and I had my email from them stating they would issue a full refund. However, Affirm never received a credit. Once our first payment date was approaching, I did some online research and found all the bad reviews and claims for the company to be scammers. I filed a dispute with ****** and they refunded our money the very next day since I had sent them the proof our order was supposed to be cancelled and credited. It's a shame their online scam operation is still up and running.

    Wish I had read these reviews before ordering !Ordered a grill on 6/10/25 Received an email from them the grill was on back order. Emailed them again about status and AGAIN they said they would ship as soon as it was available. Three months later. I still have not received grill. Do Not ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY !

    I had a horrible experience with bbqgrills.com and will never do business with them again. They happily took my money back in early July, then sat on my order for months without any communication. I emailed them multiple times with no response. Out of frustration, I finally sent an email to every address I could find for them, and only then did I finally hear back.Their response was shocking they told me the grill I ordered wasnt even available anymore and that the manufacturer had been removed from their site. Instead of apologizing and issuing a refund, they said they couldnt refund me because they had switched merchant services. They told me it was my responsibility to contact my credit card company and dispute the charge!This is incredibly unprofessional and unacceptable customer service. Why didnt they reach out to me months ago to update me about the manufacturer issue, or at least offer me the chance to choose a different grill? Instead, they ignored me, kept my money, and pushed the problem onto me.Theyve lost my business for life, and I would strongly caution anyone considering ordering from them.

    Hard to give even one star. Complete scam and should be shut down immediately.I experienced all the same negative things written in all other reviews. No response, promises not met, and excuses. I feel violated. This companie's address is a post office in the middle of nowhere. I'm filing a complaint with the *** and BBB. Do not fall prey to these POS's.

    I placed an order on July 16 for an "in stock" outdoor appliance. I inquired about shipping status on July 28. I received an email next day stating item is on backorder from manufacturer and would ship mid-Aug. I received an email on Aug 6 saying it was going to ship, but when I emailed on Aug 19, I received a reply stating the item was not going to ship. I replied asking for the refund. On Aug 22 I received a reply that the refund cannot be processed, so I need to file a dispute. I filed the dispute with ******, but I still do not have the refund. I started researching BBQgrills.com and discovered this is what many people are experiencing.

    ABSOLUTE SCAM ARTISTS - STAY FAR AWAY FROM BBQGRILLS.COM!Do NOT, under any circumstances, ever order anything from BBQGrills.com! This fraudulent company, led by their so-called "hands-on" CEO **** *******, is nothing but a den of thieves who will steal your money and leave you with nothing but lies and excuses. Save yourself the agony, frustration, and financial lossnever trust these crooks with your hard-earned cash. Go literally anywhere else for your barbecue needs; these scam artists don't deserve a single cent from honest ************ May 2025, I ordered a Kamado *** ****** from BBQGrills.com, which they eagerly charged my card for, promising delivery within three weeks. Spoiler alert: After three months, they never delivered. Turns out, they didnt even have the smoker in stock and clearly had no access to it from the get-go. It was all a blatant lie to pocket my money. For three infuriating months, I chased them with emails and calls, getting nothing but silence or vague deflections. Only in August did these liars finally admit they couldnt deliverafter stringing me along like an idiot.Then came the refund charade. They swore theyd process my refund immediately. What a joke! Its now September, and I still havent seen a dime. Every follow-up gets met with more slimy excuses: Were waiting on accounting, Itll be out by end of day, or other infuriating nonsense. Meanwhile, their CEO, **** *******, has the audacity to claim hes personally involved in every transaction to ensure amazing customer experiences and premier customer service. What a load of garbage! If this is his idea of premier service, Id hate to see his definition of failure. His personal involvement clearly amounts to personally overseeing this scam operation.Potential buyers, heed this warning: BBQGrills.com is a predatory scam preying on unsuspecting grill enthusiasts.

    Ordered a Grill on June 25th. It was on sale at a great price and showed it was in stock and ready to ship, where it was hard to find in my area. Ordered and check out shipping estimations showed it should be to me a day or two before the 4th of July. (I paid express shipping). It didn't arrive. I reached out a week or two after. Spoke to a lady who apologized profusely about an issue with the shipping warehouse. She said I was one of the priority orders to get out and would have it within 2 weeks. Didn't get it. Reached out via email. It was explained that they had had a 5000% growth in the brand I had purchased and they had paid for all the extra tariff fees at no cost to me to get stock back in (first time I'm hearing it was out of stock) and that they just got the shipment and EVERY order would be sent out within 7 to 10 business days. More than ****************************************************************** they JUST that day found out they were "moving away" from selling that brand, and another. They have offered a replacement product or a refund. I have asked for the refund. (who "moves away" from selling a product(s) that have garnered 5000% growth?)At the end of the day they've had our money banked potentially earning interest since June, while leading me on all summer. We have been paying interest on the back side waiting to receive our well priced grill.

    Glad I did not order my ******** grill from them, but I did order the ******** grill cover and pan liners on 07/17/2025. At that time, they were advertising "ships in 7 business days" and "allow 7 (more) business days for shipping time." In my mind, that is up to 14 business days to receive it. After several emails to them with responses that it is "in stock," they refunded me for the pan liners stating they were no longer in stock but assured me the cover was in stock and would ship as soon as the warehouse got caught up. The grill cover finally arrived 08/30/2025. After looking into the company, it appears they are an e-commerce company with no stock at all, but rather use Sierra ****** out of ***************, **, who may or may not also be an e-commerce middle man. I feel like one of the lucky ones.

    This company is a scam. Purchase a ************ on May 12, 2025. The product was "in stock" and "ready to ship". Three months after I still have not received the grill. Talked to the *** Grill three times without being able to cancel the order. Their call center is terrible. Stay away from this company. DO NOT BUY from them.

    ABSOLUTELY DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! I mean this company is a total joke. Ordered an in stock & ready to ship item on May 12th and was told it would ship in 5 days. After ******************************************************************************** 7-10 business days 5 times I finally realized I was getting scammed. Furious and going to buy local now.
