    I placed an order on 6/6/25 (BBQ-25-47069) for an item that was disclosed as in stock and ready to ship (email received) After repeated calls and online requests for status after missing the disclosed shipment date, I finally reached a representative through their sales number and was told there was a factory backorder and I should wait 3 more weeks. I again attempted to contact to contact customer service through the online portal and phone. I finally reached a representative through their sales line on 7/24/25 who told me the order was received and ready to ship and I received an online confirmation email that shipment would occur in ***** hours. The delivery window came and went. On 8/4/25, I reached out to sales who disclosed the manufacturer was delayed and directed me to customer service. **************** was unavailable so I reached back out to sales to cancel the order. This has been a massively disappointing experience that has wasted the entire summer.

    6/24/25 ordered a Green Mountain smoker and accessories. $971.70. Was shocked when I got the email confirmation-same day. There were 2 orders and both had been charged to my CC. Immediately called and talked with *******. Assured me one order would be cancelled and refunded. Received an email confirmation regarding cancellation and refund on 6/25. Allow 5-7 business days for refund. One order shipped and was received. All good. Refund should have been received by 7/8. Nada. Began numerous phone calls and emails. All unanswered. Filed a dispute with my CC on 7/12 sending all supporting info. ************** will issue a chargeback for the disputed amount.

    Echoing the same here, tried to support a local business and got awful service as a result. This is a reminder to do your research before spending money with an unknown online retailer. Emails up front including the CEO's contact details. No response to emails and calls to support just promise further emails that dont come. What was supposed to be a father's day gift became a multi-hour headache.

    Stole my money. I didn't get a grill, they won't answer phone calls, they won't respond to emails. I did get one response saying they would refund me, except the refund has never shown up in my account. All attempts to contact are ignored. Do not purchase from this company. I wish there was a no star option. Ridiculous

    I ordered a grill and was led along for 2 months that there actually was a grill that would be shipped. They would answer the phone, but never would respond with any new information. Even emailed the "CEO" and he responded with the same thing, "just waiting for the warehouse, should ship out soon, we'll let you know." Finally gave up and requested a refund after more than 2 months. Horrible experience

    I ordered a $1,600 grill from this company only to never receive it. Ive since canceled my order and have been trying to get my refund for 3 weeks. No one answers in customer service. You have to call sales and they transfer you to someone. They all say the same thing. It shows canceled and they arent sure why the funds havent been released. Ive emailed the owner and *** upset some guy name ***** in sales. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!

    I ordered a grill on December 4, 2024. The grill never arrived. I placed multiple calls to the ******************************** the run around. I finally asked for a refund and I am still waiting. DO NOT do business with these people.

    This company is a total fraud. Owner **** Maltbe is running a Ponzi Scheme. He takes your money and never delivers a product or refunds your money after product cannot be delivered. My original order placed November 2024 and then told on back order and never delivered. Requested refund in January 2025 and still have not received my refund. When I am able to get through to customer service I am being told refund is in process. I have filed a formal complaint with the ***********************************. Absolutely do not order anything from this fraudulent company!!

    I ordered a grill from them that says it’s in stock online. It clearly isn’t. They keep jerking me around about a refund. I keep asking for any information about this refund, and get told that it’s an accounting issue. I have cc’d the CEO in all convocations and he doesn’t answer. The lady even asked for his help and he doesn’t answer. I’m done! I will be disputing this charge. They are a massive scam.
