    I was charged $192.32 for an order I did not place. Lady I should be able to contact will not answer me now. She said it was something to do with her getting a. new laptop. The letter that was sent to my credit card has another lady's name on it. But my credit card number. The order says was sent to the the lady's address I am trying to get answer me. The letter says something about name on it sent back 3 items and was refunded fir them. But never sent back rest of order. So they charged me for her stuff. Order was placed in July. I only ordered one time in April. Very upset with this company. I want me money returned.

    I have been with a couple DS companies in the past. I did an online party with Ruby Ribbon. The host program could use some improvement. Too many stipulations, with "new products" new colors, etc. Can't use credits for sale items. No phone number to call CS. Have to email, and wait. Customer service will make or brake a company. A problem should be resolved at first point of contact. I was a trained CS with a world wide retailer. You fixed a problem immediately. You didn't take a week plus to get it done via emails. Everything was on sale, and you can't use your credits on sale items. You have only 3 days to use your host code. Finally, I was extended time to use my code. In the meantime an item I wished to purchase sold out. I will probably not make many purchases in the future. The bras are expensive. More expensive than they are worth. They offer comfort, but no support. The ones with elastic break me out. Really disappointed at this point , over all. CS never did understand the issue. I finally just took what I could get before those items were gone. I feel sorry for my rep. She was in on the emails as well, and was frustrated as well for as long as it was taking to get answers, and getting the issues resolved. What happened, I was ordering a couple bras, same design, diffferent colors. They were showing full price, UNTIL, I added them to my cart, then they flipped to sale items. CS told me they were on sale, that is why my code didn't work. I have not even entered the code. I had entered items showing regular priceing. Anyway, they did not understand that. Rep offered a solution, but they did not take her suggestion.

    While we currently do not offer phone support, we do answer the emails within 48 business hours and we do attempt to resolve any issues with the first email.  There are times we have to research the issues which may result in more than one email to resolve an issue or explain what can be done. 

    The items on sale are at a discounted price so the rewards cannot be used on the already discounted items.  I am sorry the items you wanted were on the sale but there were other items that were not on sale to use the rewards on. 

    We want our customers to be happy with their purchases and with our service. We do understand your frustration and we are sorry our items were not right for you.  We do have a 30 day return policy which you can find on our help center.

    I was so skeptical before trying Ruby Ribbon but Im so glad I gave them a chance! Now its all I wear - I love the camis most (for smoothing out my middle and back fat) but I also have some shorter demiettes, leggings, even the Second Skin briefs. The sizing isnt intuitive, so Id recommend connecting with a stylist to get their personalized recommendations. Their customer service and returns/exchange process used to need an upgrade, but both have drastically improved over the last year or two. I share these with my friends all the time - its hard not to when they make you look so great!

    I bought 2 demi and 2 cami. I have only had for a few months. Have only wore them a few times each. 1 of the demi's the grips are already peeling off. I called and was told that's normal. I find it hard to believe that it's normal. They are not cheap and was told they are great quality and last years. I definitely wouldn't consider them great quality at all. I would not recommend. They are over priced and horrible quality.

    I returned the item I ordered and was denied a refund due to the condition of the garment. They sent a picture of the item they claimed was mine. It was faded and had spots. I couldn't even get the garment on so it clearly wasn't worn. I would not recommend them both for their over priced products as well as their poor customer service.

    I was gifted a Ruby Ribbon coupon for 50 percent off and was really excited to try a cami as I experience back and shoulder pain due to having a larger bust (M cup at the time). I worked with sales representative ************************* and she assured me that the ultimate line of camis offered great support for my size. This just wasn't true. I sent her measurements of underbust. ******** etc and told her my current bra size and AR her suggestion bought a cami not a demi in a size and style she suggested. When it came it didn't fit at all. I'm talking **** overflow, side **** spillage of several inches and underboob. It was like trying to wear a thong on my b**** instead of a bra. I sent her pictures and asked to return the cami for a refund. She made all sorts of excuses and suggested I try another size. I was a little frustrated but said I would if I could get reimbursed for shipping. ***** good faith I tried again...with exactly the same result. This time the cami itself was loose on my belly, but my b**** were still bursting forth and freeing the ****** all by their little ***** selves. Again I said I was done and asked for a refund and again for the third time she suggested an exchange and swore up and down she woild find one that fit. So I tried a third one...by now you know the story. Ruby Ribbon DOES NOT make camis for bustier girls, that's all there is too it. I'd avoid them if you're bigger than I'm guessing an F cup. Also I never got reimbursed for shipping on the last two camis.

    Their web site is difficult to navigate a password problem and trying to order near impossible. So I didn't place my order. While I like the products I have don't think I'll be ordering anything else

    Honestly not worth the money. I am large chested and they said it would be amazing. I have massive uni- **** and so much **** sweat. Also even though taking proper care, I have one with a hole and is coming apart after less than a year. For the money I spent they are not worth it

    I've been wearing Ruby Ribbon Camis and Demis for 2 years now. The first cami I ever bought (a black Lace) still fits well and has minimal signs of wear (the fabric is a little more relaxed than that of newer camis in the same style but different color). I've probably worn the black Lace over 100 days and washed it 50 times and it is still great! I have a large collection of camis and a few demis that I've puchased and am very satisfied with all of them! I also have several pairs of pants and lots of underwear. I wear the **** Leggings weekly when the temperature is below 70F. I've probably worn each pair about 70 times (washed ***** times) and they still look great and have the same snug feel that they had when I got them. These are by far my most favorite leggings I've every owned!This company has done a wonderful job with all of my returns, exchanges, and defect issues that have occurred over the past 2 years. They are prompt, polite, and professional. I have no complaints.
