  I don't think they even have customer service! I have called multiple times at different times of the day and days of the week. I can never get anyone to answer and when I leave messages, no one returns the call. I've tried emailing as well, and again no response. Do not buy from this company!!!

  I read all the BBB reviews, but decided to take a chance on this company. After all, they've been around for more than a decade and I've seen them over the years in magazines. I emailed and called customer service a few times and the lady was very helpful in answering my questions. When I received my duvet cover, shams and sheets, the quality was really great. It seems like there are a lot of people who like to complain so I wanted to write something nice for a company that was pleasant and delivered a wonderful product for me and my family.

  Sheet set is supposed to be 400tc. **! I washed them before using and they are so scratchy I cant use them! All of this for $300!Cant return them.Dont do business with crane and canopy.

  I ordered the cloud quilt with two standard shams, and two euro shams about 8 years ago. The shams have been washed numerous times. I recently noticed some fraying in the corners of the standard shams, and thought I would replace them. I knew the color had faded from both sun and hot water washes, so I was prepared to replace all four shams. However, after reading these reviews I worried that the quality would not be the same. So, I just ordered the standard shams to see. They arrived in two days. I washed them and they came out in perfect condition--not a single thread out of place. Satisfied that the quality was the same as my original purchase, I just ordered the euro shams today. I don't need to replace the original quilt because it is folded at the end of the bed and only used for extra warmth over a comforter in the winter, so it has not faded as much as the shams and is still in perfect condition. The slight difference in color isn't noticeable because the shams and quilt are separated by a large expanse of white duvet. The quality of these products is excellent. Seriously--8 years.I'm only giving four stars because I also had a zipper duvet cover and sham set from them and, although it was beautiful, the quality was not as good as the quilted products. The fabric was light weight and not the best choice for a master bedroom. Still, the set lasted 2 years with frequent washes on the gentle setting. I only had one return with this company over the years and it was handled with a prompt exchange.

  Horrible customer service. I order a bedding set and spent close to $1000. I didn't like the quality after taking them out of the packages so I returned them within the allowed timeframe. They said the returns were "used/washed" which is not true. I'm not getting any of my money back. They are slow to respond but now seeing all these reviews I am not expecting a response. I am so upset because I just lost a lot of money and it seems this company is a total scam.

  I spent over $600 on a comforter, shams and sheet set. The comforter is all pilling everywhere. No reply!*************************** ******************************************************************************* ************

  Bought a duvet and shams. The color completely changed from gray to beige after washing (per the instructions) and the pillow sham zippers are ripping. Its only been a few months. I reached out to the company and they just dont respond. Terrible

  I purchased two comforters and 4 shams from this company, after a short time one of the comforters was pilling all over and I tried to call them to explain that I felt it was defective. They do not answer any calls and request that you email them. I sent several emails and sent pictures of the defective comforter, they ignored my emails. I then sent an email to the owner and she ignored me as well. I do not suggest that anyone buy from this company, they do not care about their customers or stand by their merchandise.I am very upset and will not purchase anything from Crane and Canopy again.******************
