    In general, I have been happy with the service provided by Putnam **** in **********, ** and I have taken my Jeep there for scheduled maintenance routinely, my last service there being 10/27/22. In September 2023, prior to a trip to ********, I tried to get an appointment at Putnam for scheduled maintenance, but they were booked solid, so I took my **** to ************ for a ******* mile service, priced at $2,000. My Service Advisor there was *******************************. During the maintenance inspection, she informed me that there were some serious problems (oil leakage, etc.) with my Jeep requiring extensive repairs. She also asked who had performed the previous service as the the oil pan plug had been badly over-torqued & some things had been overlooked that appeared to have contributed to the current oil leak & other problems. She even took me out to the maintenance bay where the mechanic showed me the damage. In any case significant repairs were required finally costing me nearly $8,500. I have taken care of my ******** have always taken it in for scheduled maintenance. I have not driven it in any way that would damage the undercarriage. There was no indication, either in operation or warning via the instrument cluster that there were any problems with my Jeep, So, I was clearly surprised by the problems reported by ************. I called *********************, Service Manager at Putnam Jeep, to report the problems ************ discovered as it pertained to the last service I had done at Putnam Jeep. He said he would see what he could do for me. I've sent him 2 documented emails and called twice and to date I've heard nothing back. I'm not interested in assigning blame, but I've just been saddled with $8500 in repairs that I don't believe were caused by me, and there appears to be indication that the problems were caused by or overlooked by Putnam Jeep at my last service there. I believe I should be reimbursed for the costs over & above the $2,000 scheduled maintenance.

    My jeep was at this shop for a week before they could find out why my ABS light went on. They don't give updates, I wasn't allowed to speak to the mechanic to show me their diagnostic process. They had Mopar coupons they refused to apply for my change oil service. The part that they order was not working and had to reorder, the electrical mechanic was not available. They recommend my jeeps brake needs to be bleededbled w/o checking my breaks. Manager didn't want to return my call. Don't waste your time to this shop.

    I am very sorry about the poor communication from our service advisor.We received approval from the customers extended warranty on 8/3/23 to replace the *** module,due to code C140E-53 for electric parking brake deactivation.We hoped the *** module would take care of all codes.After that replacement code B2734-13 passanger presence detector returned.Tech found passanger side occupant sensor failure.Customer extended warranty then approved the replacement on 8/9/23.Tech installed all parts and no codes returned. We would never refuse ********* change coupons that the customer supplies ,that are applicable to our dealership.Brake fluid requires replacement due to age or fluid break down. .
