    I spoke directly to the Superintendent of Community Reconstruction Solutions (CRS) of Burlingame, CA, ******* *********, in person, face to face, on Friday morning, 7/25,2025 and he looked me directly in the eye and gave me his word that he, himself, would come over the following Monday, 7/28 at 11:00 AM and give me an estimate on a sliding glass door replacement. I asked him if he was sure he could be there because I knew he was busy. He took down my contact information and verified that it was correct. He didn't show up on Monday. He never had the common courtesy to show up or call to postpone or cancel the appointment. I waited until Friday for an explanation to no ******** time is just as valuable as his. I put important things on hold.I scheduled my day as if Mr. ********* would be respectful of my time as I was with his time.
