    On March, 2024, I purchased two (2) RING Stick Up Cameras with Solar Panels. One camera works just fine. The other RING Stick Up Camera and Solar Panel uses battery power for motion but will not recharge to 100%. I called RING many times and each time I called them, they only give me ONE troubleshooting step at a time. Every time I called RING, I have to call their contractor, Ontech, to do one troubleshoot at a time. This has been going on for almost two months now. **** refuses to replace my camera and solar panel. **** refuses to give me my refund because they made me waste a month troubleshooting LONG enough for me to not be eligible to get my refund. RING STOLE MY MONEY AND GAVE ME A BROKEN CAMERA AND SOLAR PANEL. The RING ********************************************* is THE WORST. STAY AWAY FROM RING. RING IS THE BIGGEST REGRET OF MY LIFE. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

    I bought some baby tennis shoes which were the wrong size I sent them back the same day I received them took it to *** store they sent it to AMAZON and I bought another pair bigger size. They sent me a letter saying they would be sending a refund of ***** and I spent ***** those shoes I tried several times to get in touch with them twice by email and twice by phone. I have yet to see a letter of explanation nor a refund of any kind

    I am an Amazon buyer, and I was unable to log in to my account due to unusual activity in my shopping account. But I never had any unusual activity, so Amazon reinstated my account and received an email on May 17th from the team of account specialists telling me that my account was reinstated. After receiving the email, I am very happy that I can log back into my account. But unfortunately, I got another email, on May 24th, that the Amazon team decided to close my account. It's weird, I don't have any issues, but my bill keeps going back and forth from being locked and restored and closed. This makes me very angry, it affects my shopping, I want my account to be reinstated in the Amazon team. Otherwise I think the Amazon team may violate my privacy, my Amazon account contains a lot of my personal information and credit card. So please restore my account immediately.     Dear Amazon team, I am an Amazon seller, my seller account cannot log in due to unusual activity on my shopping account.But I have never used my buyer account,I appealed to Amazon to restore my account on May 16, and on May 17 I received an email from account specialist team,the email told me that my account has been restored. After I received the email,my account has been hacked,and my account and account email were unable to log in.Now I have found my account email through my mobile phone number, but my Amazon account cannot be logged in again.
