      I was setup for auto-renew on an annual membership that I did not authorize. I traded emails with the business to express my concern within 20 mins of getting charged $49.95. They declined my request and said they sent me a reminder email prior to the renewal. I searched my inbox, and could not locate any evidence of this correpsondence. Since I have received every other email sent, none of which went to spam/junk, I sent a follow up email asking for this evidence. They did not provide me any evidence but said that "the email was sent to you successfully". I am very disappointed with the level of service/support that was provided and the inflexibility of the merchant. Even though I had proof that there was only 20 mins between the charge and my email requesting them to not renew, and their lack of proof showing an email reminder that they claimed, I was very surprised that they refused to make any accommodations. After 4 emails getting nowhere I decided to submit this complaint and dispute with my credit card company indicating the same information I have provided here. Thank you for your assistance with my experience with this vendor. I am sincerely surprised as this the company, owned by the band TOOL, is very supportive of their fan base and I imagine they would be disappointed to hear this is how their customers/fans are being treated. Thank you.
