    I ordered three shirts for my family. A XXL a xl and a 4lx. The packing sheet has just two shirts listed and I only recieved two shirts. The 4xl was missing from the packing sheet and the package but listed on their website as shipped in the same package.I have tried reaching out to them 3 times via their website and many times via ******** and Instagram but have not heard from them. I am at my wits end. I'm about ready to file a charge back but I'd really rather the shirt I paid for.I would like the shirt I paid for. We were very excited to get this shirt and super upset that it didn't arrive. If not that a refund.

    My order left DHL 2 weeks ago from ************, ********. There has been no update on delivery. I have contacted Mythical.com 3 times by email and I have not heard any response. I would just like my money refunded.

    My partner has loved the Mythical brand for quite some time and for Christmas I wanted to get him some of their merch. I made the order on December 18th 2023 on mythicalstore.com and then proceeded to track my order on their Shop app. The order entailed of a hat, a shirt and a pair of shorts. They were anticipated to arrive before Christmas but I wasnt going to be surprised if it took a bit longer since the holidays is a busy time for deliveries! Since at least December 30th, I have submitted 3 contact submissions and have not heard anything back. The order number is ******. The app said that they returned item and showed no indication of intention to reach out to me to rectify the issue. The tracking info stated the address was wrong but after checking, the address was right. And since I live in an apartment complex I believe they can leave the package in the front office.

    Two times this year I have ordered something and after three plus months, have not received a word from Mythical about my order. I have to reach out through their website which does not give me confirmation and I try reaching them through a support email and either don't hear back at all or get zero help or resolution. I have gone as far as trying to reach them through social media to no avail. I ordered a mug and sweatpants in January and did not receive my items until April even though I requested a refund and cancellation and even for them to escalate my complaint and no one cared. I was then naive enough to order again in July two limited edition shot glasses for their Good Mythical Evening event (which was its own awful fiasco) and just received an order confirmation last week. I have sent at least 6 messages through their online chat feature and five emails to their support email address and haven't gotten a single response. They do not care at all about their customers or fans and I believe they purposefully wait so long to do anything so that the time to file a complaint with your bank or request a refund draws out. I want my money refunded to me and I think they should stop doing business if this is how they do things.

    I ordered a shot glass through Moment for Good Mythical Evening on 9/1. I never received the shot glass, and when I reached out to Moment in October, they said Mythical was who I needed to contact and to use their website for tracking. At the time, Mythicals website stated that there was no information available about my order. I have sent multiple emails to Mythical in November with no response. Then just recently, I decided to check their website again for tracking, and it said my order was CANCELLED. I never asked for that, I was never told this and I never got a refund for the item.

    On 1/14/22 I placed an order for two items from Mythical, that totaled $112.98. It was a sweatshirt and sweatpants. On 3/4/22, I hadn't heard any update on the order so I emailed them asking. On 3/11/22, Collin from Mythical emailed me back and stated the pre-order was set to ship out the following week. On 7/22/22, I got an email from Mythical confirming my order for both the sweatpants and the sweatshirt. On 7/23/22, I got an email confirming that just the sweatshirt had shipped. On 7/25/22, I emailed Mythical asking if I could return the sweatshirt when it arrived and if I could cancel the sweatpants since it was taking so long to get my items. On 7/26/22, **** from Mythical emailed me and let me know the sweatpants were now out of stock in the size I ordered, and asked if I wanted a different size. On 7/27/22, I emailed back frustrated that an item I ordered months ago was now suddenly out of stock. I asked if I could cancel the entire order. On 7/29/22, ****** from Mythical emailed me back and said there was an unexpected shortage from the manufacturer, which is why the sweatpants were out of stock. He sent me a return label for the hoodie. I mailed the hoodie back mid-August of 2022. On 9/5/22, I sent another email asking what date the refund was processed, as I hadn't seen it on my credit card statement yet. On 9/9/22, ****** from Mythical emailed me back and said the order can no longer be refunded due to the time that has passed. She asked if I would be okay with a gift card. I emailed back on 9/15/22, incredibly frustrated with all of this. Not one person from Mythical (including ****** who sent me the return label) ever stated that I would not be able to receive a refund. There was never a mention of a time limit. I asked for a full refund of the $112.98 back on my card. It is now 10/4/22, and I still have yet to receive a refund and no one from Mythical has responded to my most recent email. I just want a refund back to my card.
