      I have nothing but great things to say from working with **** to the people who came in personally to install. They are extremely knowledgeable and amazing employees went above and beyond to make sure all of our system was not only installed correctly but functioning properly from begging to end. I am extremely impressed and satisfied. Thank you.

      Awfully misled, lied to and money from a deposit was not returned even though no services were provided. Continuously lied to us after we brought up our problem.

      Customer called us regarding a system replacement, signed a contract then changed her mind and cancelled. we refunded the deposit minus the processing fee which the customer was aware of. We welcomed and still would like to work with this customer as we at no point lied or deviated from what was offered in the agreement,

      Getting a quote for an HVAC system for 24k was a first. Let me add that this is for a 894 sq ft home. Lol. I got few quotes ranging from ******- ****** from reputable companies prior to meeting with an ************* Things took a turn when I asked for a breakdown on cost for parts and labor. Long story short, employee was rude, immature and sarcastic, needless to say they lost a cash paying customer. When I told them I had a quote for ****** they magically dropped their price to 16k. The tech was so insistent on calling ********** to see if they have a promotion, when we finally got some clown on the phone, he acted like his dad owned the company and when I brought up the quote, they reduced their quote by 8k yet told me the quote I was given had to be a lie. They perceived things as they are, drastically hiked up the prices for a huge profit. Then they mock you when you reveal you will be sharing the quote with companies to see why its the price its at. If youre not lying Air Tech, then why are you opposed customers getting a second opinion? Do not trust this company, unless you want to be LIED to and disrespected in your own home. The audacity.
