    It started on 1/15/2024. I paid couple thousand dollars to get started. I wanted a professional website for my business. I also paid for business cards and a logo. The cards had to be redone because the phone number and email was not correct. I approved of the logo and they sent it in to be approved at authentic and they said it might take 6-8 months, and still waiting on it. The website still is not completed or correct. They keep calling bout adding more things to it and trying to get more and more money. I told them I don't have the money to just complete it. Still not completed and feel they are stalling so they can try and get more money. I just want them to shut down the website that is not completed anyway and give me back the money I put in for the website and logo. Cancel them. I do not want to be contacted by Logomentary. They told me 6 months ago that one guy died and other quit. The other guy been calling and texting me to go to him to finish my website. ****! ****** Stones, ****** *** and ***** Clerk. **** the website down and refund me for the website and logo. Only contact me that you agree to this. I will not pay a dime more and do not want to keep the website at all, I want it shut down and refund me.

    This website developer company is a total scam artist business I paid them to create me a website and they took my $700 dollars and after gave me the run around telling me to give them an extension to finish the project. I have been giving them an extension for a year now and they have not provided a running website they also have never gave me access to use the website I paid for. There are multiple people that have gotten scammed by them. These people are running a scam on Americans nation wide if you look at their reviews you will see how many people they have scammed on multiple occasions. I am a victim of there scam. When I reach out to them they ignore me now and hang up on me when I call their ************** number. I am asking BBB to please stop these people from stealing thousands of dollars from good hardworking people by shutting them down from the ****** platform or any platform they can post there services. I also paid them for a logo and they kept hostage I had an agreement with their project manager Jonny ****** who has passed away and none of them reached out to tell me they said that if I wanted a website or logo copyrights to go to ******* tombstone and ask him for it. They are rude and disrespectful to clients and their own employees Please help me and help other people in the same problem we have all been scammed by this company

    This is not a real business, they are a scam. I paid for a logo design, after talking to them they convinced me to pay to upgrade from package which I had no problem doing as it came with more stuff. Paid the extra $140 from original $35. The package I paid for had 15 logo concepts they sent less than that. I picked a logo I was okay with and needed to make future revisions but before that they said I had to pay $900 for a trade ***** I refused and they said ok to just pay $350 so I can own the logo which I had already paid for. I told them thats not true and thats not how it works, then they claimed I couldnt use the logo unless I paid, that they had to do in house trademarks and copyrights. When they said that I refused and asked them for a refund for work that was NOT completed they refused and changed the story saying ok I didnt have to pay, at that point I checked their bad reviews and read other have had this issue going as far as they trademarks a logo they provided for a business under them. This is such a scam and that website needs to be taken down!

    I hired Logementary in Sept 2022 to design a real estate website for me. I paid the company $2500 for the website. The whole process as been a nightmare. During the development the company constantly gave me updates that the website was ready and that the key component of it (real estate searches) was ready and accurate. When reviewing it, it was not. At one time the company, using my information, created an account with the **** MLS without my permission. I was extremely upset with that. At one time ***** from the company called me stating they needed additional funds to for a service to support the website, something that I was not briefed on during the initial brief of website development. While upset about it, I did pay half the money upfront with the agreement to pay the other half once the website was ready to go live. Multiple times after that, ***** would reach out telling me that I needed to pay that amount even though the website was not live or even close to being ready. In January 2023, I was contacted that logomentary finally had the access to make the search results accurate on the website. After 6 weeks, the contacted me 2 times stating that it was ready but the site was still far from being accurate or ready and it was acknowledged by ******. On March 1, I requested that the project be Canceled and all money refunded since the company was unable to perform on their end of the contract. Beginning in March 3 and into the next week they continued to tell me that they were close and working on it. I told them that I asked the project to be canceled already and all funds refunded to me. They have since stated they will not be issuing any refunds, not even for the payment of the extra I had to pay to support a live site (the site hasnt and wont go live) they are very unprofessional and unable to complete the project.
