    I signed up for a free trial and canceled within 24 hours. In order to cancel, you have to email them. No one responded and at the end of the month, they charged my card $29. I disputed the charge with my bank and they continue to try and charge my card. Ive emailed every address I can find and submitted a help ticket, which I have not heard back from. These people are criminals.

    signed up for a free trial with Cofounders Lab (***********) on their website. Before my trial ended, I emailed their support ********************************* ************************************* on July 15, 2025 to cancel my subscription and requested written confirmation. I also submitted their official online account deletion form and followed up several times before my trial was set to convert to a paid plan on July 17, 2025. I did not receive any response to my cancellation or follow-up emails. Despite my repeated, timely requests and attempts to contact them, my card was charged after the trial ended.After further research, I discovered numerous complaints online describing the same issue: Cofounders Lab routinely ignores cancellation requests and continues charging users after free trials end. Their Terms of Use direct users to email support to resolve payment issues, which I did.I am disputing the charge as unauthorized since I did not receive the cancellation service as promised. I am seeking a full refund of the subscription charge and want assurance the business will not charge my card again. I am happy to provide supporting documentation including all my cancellation emails, account deletion confirmation, and escalation attempts.

    On June 15, 2025, I initiated a one month "free" trial period with CoFounders Lab (***************************************). The following day, on June 16, 2025, I submitted a request to cancel my membership and received a response that my request had been received and that I would receive verification in 1-2 weeks. On July 3, 2025 I again submitted a request to cancel my account and received the same message. On July 16, 2025, CoFounders lab, without my authorization, credited by bank account for $29.00, which is the cost of a one-month membership.

    I created account and i cancelled the same day. Their cancel is only a form, they wont let you cancel immediately. (FIRST RED FLAG). So I filled out the form and emailed them to cancel and I have not heard one word from them and its been 12 days now. I emailed again no response to cancel my account, I emailed two different emails including the one in their "cancel form". In order to create account you have to connect bank, so they are trying to charge me and not allow me to cancel.This is illegal to not cancel when I did my due diligence to cancel using their instructions!!

    As the other reviews state (that unfortunately I did not read before signing up for my "free" month's membership), when I try to cancel, they don't respond. One automated response says they'll review my request and get back to me in 1-2 weeks, and the other emails and other efforts I've made to contact them have not been responded to. The phone numbers and emails seem to go nowhere, and the messages sent within the app do not get responded to. I am afraid that, like others, I am going to get repeating charges on my card and will have to cancel my card. I really don't have that much money in the bank to have to fight this tooth and nail.I feel dumb.

    I just got charged again a monthly charge after writing them to cancel my subscription many times. This app was free to join with a charge if you dont cancel within a certain time frame. I cancelled and still got charged. I wrote them, no answer. I filled out the cancelling form many times.On their ************** page many people are complaining about the same issue. Almost all the post comments are that. I havent heard back from anyone. I had $130 in my account and they took it out yesterday! Again! I now have $101.I have no idea how to cancel this or get in touch with ********** was never something I would have paid for once I saw the layout. The concept was good but the app was not done well.

    They continue to recurrently charge me a subscription fee and offer no recourse for cancelling the account. The only option is to "email them" to request to cancel, which I have done multiple times to no avail.

    I had a monthly subscription in the past for $29 per month and I am trying to cancel it, however there is no option on their site to cancel or delete an account, it only tells you to email their support. I emailed them on 12/1/24 and 12/8/24 with no response, and they continue to bill me.

    I have tried to email and call this company to cancel my trial membership. Im getting no response. Im concerned because I entered my credit card information. I learned after the fact that several people have been charged during the time they were trying to cancel.

    I signed up for a trial for their premium service. I tried to cancel the service but they don't have an easy way to cancel. You have to email them which I have emailed many times and haven't heard back. Well I got charge for another month and still can't get this canceled because no one is responding. I have also found other emails on their site and still haven't heard anything back. It's $29 a month. I've had two charges. I want my $58 back plus the account closed. If I get charged again before I get this taken care of I want that refunded as well.
