5/5/24 Purchased this FAKE AWESOME PRODUCT at DOLLAR TREE in ***********, ** the past few *************** discovered that your 64 oz. ********** of ******* are merely water with no ******* smell or cleaning properties of ******* at all.!!! It streaks our windows and fails with any normal cleaning properties. We buy a lot of it and have been totally duped. Im not sure that you even realize it yourself. We buy lots of other various household cleaners including Bleach, Awesome cleaners, etc., and they all are fine but your ******* is merely water.!!! Theres no smell and not even a DROP of ******* in the **********. We think its just PLAIN, CLEAR WATER.!!! Ill bring a few back to the store and I may contact consumer affairs about this but please get back to me and advise me on this major problem ASAP.Initial Complaint

Hello on 04/03/2024 I brought a bottle of awesome product well some of the product got on my belly and this happen so fast my skin start falling off like I was on fire this product got so strong it ***** I try treat it at home it not working emergency I have to go to . The company Totally Awesome does not list any ingredients on any of their products. This is unacceptable and against the law. Customers/Consumers have a right to know all ingredients and amounts in household products and MUST be listed ON the product in LARGE ENOUGH writing. There is a trend in many companies not listing ingredients of their products. Some companies dodge it by writing: WANT MORE INFORMATION? GO TO OUR WEBSITE... There is no way my 80+ year old mother is going to be able to do that. Most elderly people do not have the means. Nor does everybody have internet. And I and other customers want to know exactly what's in the products BEFORE we purchase them. We pay our taxes and expect a portion of those taxes to go toward ********************** protection agencies and expect they would be paying attention and I wouldn't have to write about this issue.Initial Complaint

In defense of Awesome laundry detergent: ive used this preoduct for over ten years. It removes stainns without fading items. I HAVE NEVER HAD A SKIN OUTBREAK CAUSED BY THE PRODUCT. The large/concentrate containet contains blue liquid, sometimes with small lumps. The small containers hold clear to slightly yellow liquid which is smooth or liquified. The contents are mostly sodium ****** sulfate, which is in most pure/organic soap mixtures from shampoo to hand soap. Nothing in the listed contents indicayes peyroleum or petroleum products, unlike vasaline petrolateum, and even oil of olay, products which are ofyen used for skin lesions and chapping. Whoever wrote the recall complaint is highly misinformed. Please put my product back on the shelf, ot's all o can afford ay this time. Thanks BTW Tide is a big offender for thosr with sensative skin, also products containing borax. In the 70's I sold Shaklee and Amway products--pioneers in the organic skin care field. Which were the firsy companoes to use sodium ****** sulfate. Some people with natural curls prefer nonsulfate shampoo to retain curls.Initial Complaint

My name is *********************** my phone number *********** Im customer for few years fot 99 Cents I bought two bottles this detergent and you store few months a go and used two weeks a go to wash my clothes never this detergent before I used Hammer underwear two weeks a go I see my under pants with the brown marcs in my underwear is dried blood for pennis irritation and itch and my abdomen and bowls and dr said detergent can irriated the skin I would like to be recompensated for this injury and my pennis leaving the pennies irriated you guys responsable for the bill and medicine and treatment emotional distress pain and suffering dr in the clinic said trowed away the underpants not used any ***** I sent the **** to the dr to look care of the chemicals and I still waiting for her answer can you please call me to disscuts this issue. Today before noon time I Sprayed My Tan Carpet with LA Awesome Carpet spot remover. I turned to Put Hot water Only into ****************** Machine. I rolled My *************** to the Living room, and That's When I was Shocked to See, that where I had Sprayed the Spots Where Bleached. I am a Well Seasoned Carpet Cleaner. I didn't have the Money to buy the professional Carpet spot remover, so I had purchased a ** Awesome Carpet spot remover product from the 99cent store, here in **************, **. Up on ***********. I have been having to put off Cleaning My Carpet because My Health has Declined, but today I felt pretty good! So I Pull Out My Machine and the Awesome product. I got up set and started Praying and GOD told Me to Video the Bleached spots and take pictures, and to contact Awesome Products, and That's just what I did. When I Strolled down I found You'll. The problem: The product bleach doesn't work.Name of product: LA's Totally Awesome bleach (Lemon scent)Date of purchase: February 8, 2022 Store name: Dollar Tree Location of store: **** N. Rancho. Totally awesome bleach does not work. The bleach was purchased to use with laundry, whites. I tried using it with one soiled white towel. Soaked the white soiled towel overnight in the diluted bleach in a bucket of water. The towel was still soiled with the grease on it the next day. .On February 10, 2022 at 12:15 PST, I called the phone number on the back of the product to inquire about a remedy such coupons to replace the defective product, but ******* said there is not a remedy and the company doesn't resolve disputes, give refunds, rebates, or coupons for defective products or upset customers. ******* told me to return the item to the store. She repeated it 5 times to me and she was annoying because she kept repeating that to me instead of resolving the dispute on her level. I asked for a manager, but she said there it not one to talk to. ******* stonewalled me from pursuing my defective product problem. Solution. Replace with a working product.Initial Complaint

My wife purchased a wheel cleaner from a local retailer. I would never use just any wheel cleaner on my car because I am in the automotive field and I know some products can cause damage. Since the label clearly stated that the product was "safe for any wheel" I continued to use the product as directed. Only after letting the wheels dry completely I began to see yellowing and the shine had come off of my wheels. I could clearly see where the product was sprayed had been more affected than where it spread. I Contacted the company and made over 20 calls and emails providing photos and all the forms that they wanted me to fill. I went to a local repair shop to get an estimate for repairs and reinstallation of my tires. They had caused **** dollars in damages. I was sure that the company would pay for the damages, I even had a claim number assigned to my case. All of a sudden I received an email stating that the company would no longer be handling my case an that I was to contact their legal representative from now on. My guess is that they thought it best to intimidate me but I worked with the lawyer and explained the situation. The lawyer wanted me to prove how they were responsible and he acted like he was the chemist formulating the product. He claimed he was a friend of the company and that they would never lie to the consume. He tasked me to come up with a chemical in the product that would cause this such damage to a wheel and claimed the product was 98 percent water and that it could never cause this sort of damage. So I investigated and read the **** for the product. Both the **** and the bottle clearly stated the product contained 2 chemicals that are in large part used as paint strippers. The product also stated that it should not be left on a wheel past a certain time because it most likely causes damage. The bottle also had a warning label to keep away from children and that it can cause *****. I was offered a 50 dollar payment that I refused.Initial Complaint

I purchased a shampoo from my lovely dollar tree ?? and I get home I take both my frenchies a bath the next t day noticed ****** getting inchy and talking to me to let know there was something wrong the next day he wakes up my bed look like a chicken had been defeathered and I see a red **** with the hair gone then it kept growing worse look at the pictureBusiness response

1.What specific product is involved. Please provide a complete description and the bar code number that is on the label.
2.********************** refers to a picture but there is no attachment. Please resend the picture.
3.We need proof of purchase of the referenced product.

I bought a case of the Awesome Bleach ****oz Fresh Scent. I opened the case, and then opened a bleach and the seal was broken. I had given my son one bleach and he said his seal was broken. A day later, my nurse opened one up a bottle to bleach the outside of the dumpsters because someone urinated and she said her seal was open. So I checked the other three and they were open as well. The whole case of bleach when you unscrew the tops, the bottles seals were open. I have used this bleach for years. This is a first. I felt it necessary to report this incident. I took a photo of the box the bottles of bleach came from. I bought the case at the ********************* **************, **. The location, ******** and ********. I dont know the store number. I do have the phone number if contacted about this issue. I feel that it needs some attention. If someone is tampering with the seals they could put any other dangerous chemical in those bottles to do a customer harm. FYI please call meBusiness response
