      On 1/7/2024, my family and I visited the park. My family includes 2 children on the Autism spectrum, 1 of which is a Gold Pass holder and the other child qualifies for free admission. Both children who are on the Autism spectrum have their own caregiver. My husband is paid by the county as a caregiver for 1 of the children and does not have a caregiver ID, so he shows a check stub and his driver's license. My son is my other child's caregiver who has a digital caregiver ID (for which I called ahead to ensure would be accepted and has been accepted in the past) and a school ID. For some reason, on this day, a person who identified themselves as the person running the park, ***, chose not to let me son in as my daughter's caregiver as Knotts has in the past, and forced us to either pay or use my free bring a friend ticket on my Prestige Pass. I asked for the person above her because I did not believe she was rather highest person in charge of running the park. She then left us at the ticket booth for an extended amount of time where we just caved and used the Bring a Friend ticket on my pass. This is completely unacceptable and discriminatory. I want my Bring a Friend ticket returned or all 3 of our passes refunded. I also want to ensure this doesn't happen to us or anyone else again and that company procedures, policies, and expectations are updated on both the customer and staff's end. I emailed ****************** and cc'd the *** the day ofnthe occurrence (4 days ago) and have yet to receive a reply.

      I went to visit ******* Scary Farm October 13th. I purchased Boo-Fet Tickets, so my entry to Knotts Scary farm was at a special entrance, not the main one. Upon entering, the woman scanning tickets would not allow us in because she said we were short one ticket. In a panic, I immediately purchased a ticket and scanned us in. Then I realized, she miscounted, thought there were 4 of us, when there were only 3. I showed her that we only had 3 of us. and she made me purchase a 4th. She apologized and a supervisor came over. She said she processed the refund and I would receive an email. I asked her how long and she said 30 min. When I did not get the refund email in an hour, I went to **************** where they told me to call it in. I did, and they said I would be receiving the refund within 72 hours. Over a month later I never received an email nor my refund.

      We bought tickets for Knotts scary farm. We needed to change the dates due a last-minute emergency..It said that we could change the dates, but the only thing that wasnt changing was one of our items that was attached at the time of purchase to the ticket.We called the park over the course of two hours, and were met with misleading phone menus that refused to connect you to guess service/ customer complaints line. We opted in for a callback that never came.Then called technical support, who then proceeded to tell us that they wouldnt do anything for us, even though it shouldve all been updated at the same time when trying to change the dates originally via their website. Additionally, when asking for the customer complaint line, she gave us a separate phone number from was listed on the website. (The website phone ends with ************************************************************************ **** that I was provided by technical support)This shows that they purposely have two phone lines to try and avoid speaking to most customers after they purchase.They caused extreme emotional distress and triggered my depression and caused extreme emotional distress.We originally only wanted to change our dates. Now we want a FULL refund of the entire cost of the ticket, the food option, and the parking that was wasted due to fighting with a Knotts Berry Farm customer service line that was purposely misleading.If this phone service was not purposely misleading, and we were able to actually speak with a customer relations representative. The situation could have been avoided, but due to the way that Knotts has purposely set up their phone line to be misleading caused unnecessary duress.I believe Knotts purposely sets this up so that customers cannot reach customer complaint line before their tickets expire for the day, so that they can hold onto ticket money and get then claim no refunds once their ticket time has passed. This is a scam. Im considering suing.

      I purchased a cabana rental at Knotts ********* for Saturday August 12th. I have been trying to cancel the reservations since yesterday afternoon due to an unforseen circumstance and I keep getting the run around. I was told to cancel online, if I couldn't do it online then to email the request. The email response was that they don't refund tickets. It's not a ticket refund I'm asking for. I'm needing to cancel the reservations and hopefully get the cabana refund. Their 714 phone number is no help. I was on hold yesterday for an hour with no help and I'm currently on hold again going on 23 minutes.

      on June 2nd, 2023, we bought 3 tickets Knotts berry farms. we were not warned online or by the ticket person that ***** ****-year-olds were taking over the park. These kids had no adult supervision, and security was nowhere to be found. These kids on every occasion were cutting inline for food and rides making the wait times ridiculously long. And then since there are no park employees to help this situation adults have to ask the kids to go to the back of the line, which twice started a screaming match. I had to parent and run security in lines that I had to wait in... How can *****. minors be allowed to run around unsupervised on park property. I spoke to several park employees, and they said the ***** number and said its always out of control and the park only has chaperones for the kids on the weekends. clearly its been a problem for some time. the least they could do is warn people before entering and spending good money. I'm upset we spent good money to parent other people's children and run security in the park... someone's dropping the ball here in this organization

      Only get to go to Knotts Berry Farm every 5 years or so. Four of us went on Monday April 3,2023. Most of the big rides were not operating! No Log Ride, River Raft, some of the big Roller CoastersNo Stagecoach.So paid over $400 to get in ( money that I cannot afford to throw away like this! We stayed 2 hours and went out and had Chicken Dinner and left! This has been my favorite place for over 30 years! I can not believe that Cedar ********* would allow this iconic Park to turn into such a bad experience! They need to take better care of it and hire enough people and Maintenance personal to run it all of it. I doubt I will ever be back unless the feedback goes mostly positive.. From the amount of negative reviews, Cedar Fair should be ashamed of themselves! because we only had one good ride on the Mine Train. Two hours with a long line at one ride and walking for 35 minutes in the Park is not worth the $400.

      I bought tickets with my family and I was not able to go on any ********** i row a drift boat a fishing river guide i lift weights in shape have a big chest there is nothing on the Knotts berry farm web site about big guys not being able to ride the rides Very unsatisfied seen many big guys have to do the walk of shame have to leave the ride after trying to get strap in I dont have a big belly just big chested terrible experience

      On April 13th 2023 I had a 2 friends who traveled here from out of the state for ** to visit Knotts Berry farm. During our visit there was a food festival going on as well. We were on a limited time so we purchased lighting lane as well to avoid lines. During the visited a number of the attraction were not operating or when we wen to the line they werent operating properly. Which included ********** (closed), Ghost rider (temporarily down at the time of visit), ******************** (closed), ************************ (closed) and Fiesta Village (Closed). A number of these attractions being the main reasoning for our visit cause a serious lack of the experience we had. Especially since we additionally purchased the lighting lane pass which wasnt necessarily need it since the majority of the major attractions were not operating or not operating properly at the time. Instead of a refund replacement tickets to visit at a later time when the rides in the park are back up and running,

      I was at FIREMAN'S BBQ 3/17/2023 I was buying food with our season pass as ****** the server was helping us as I was also getting cups for the year and he was attending us he gave me such a bad attitude and didnt want to help from the start he started to be rude and not want to give me my yearly cups lids in my had and placed them in the register as thats contaminated area and also was being very rude once I explained to him I didnt want them and wasnt going to use them he had stated that with his words screaming at me saying he had given them to me and reason he placed them down was because I wasnt grabbing them when he never placed them in my hand he kept arguing back and forth to me and I had stated if I can speak to the manager on site at the moment as she came in and she was there the whole time as we both argued not once did she handle this matter professionally as I explained to her what was going on she gave no remorse what so ever didn't offer a apology didnt say anything single word to only let him continue to keep arguing with me and grab the kids and handed them to me as he was yelling telling me there all going to touch the register I said no thats ***** conditions you can hand them in my hand food safety department wouldnt like what he was doing and me as a customer after years not wanting to buy my passes now I know why I stop going there in the first place still got them thinking it be a change with customers service but no not once at all worst part of this is that I had a bad day and couldnt even enjoy my food after a years of not going this isnt the way to be treating anybody specially while I had a point look at the cameras and youll see he shouldnt be there attending if he cant care for peoples well being my kids are extremely sensitive and anything could have cause them to have a infection of some sort those machines are dirty and so is the counter I could only imagine what could have happened I want this to be taken care of and I want a solution
