    January 11th 2023 I purchased the Covet Crossbody bag for $119.40 plus tax. I used this high-end leather bag as intended for less than six months when all of a sudden, the fatal flaw in the product revealed itself by the loop ripping out of the bag. It is obviously a poor design, and I do not wish to have a replacement for the refund I called Stella & Dot customer service on the day it happened- 6/20/23. Someone answered immediately. Was entirely clueless about what to do to help me. Said she would call me back. She did call me back with no answers. Told me to send an email with photos of the defective bag to service atstella&dot.com. I did so. The automated response told me I would hear from someone within 48 hours. Three days later I sent a follow up email. I received no response again. It is now been six days and I have had no response. I have emailed them again. I have tried to call customer service only to be cut off. And I have attempted to chat in only to be told that the wait is too long, and I cannot reach anyone. This company is not sitting by the products as they used to be and are not being responsive in any way and I just want to refund. It was order number SD22923

    I previously had a renewal subscription. I was able to stop it when my card expired in 2020. Since then I have received emails they cannot process my order because card on file is expired. That is fine because I dont want it. Fast forward to 10/9. I receive the same email they cannot process because card on file is expired. On 10/17 they drafted my account for $170. I have an email they states the card they have on file is expired. I went to my credit union they believe they guessed at new expiration date which allowed the payment to go through. They have sent me 2 different packages that I have to return. Costing me $10 to mail back. I want by money back and reimbursement for mailing back.It is very concerning that they can do this and get away with it!
