    Poor quality junk! I ordered the bags a few months ago. I eagerly opened the mounting brackets and instructions only to find that they make no sense to me. Additionally, I noticed that the mounting brackets with bolts were really soft, poor-quality metal. I brought the bike, bags, and brackets to a motorcycle dealership to have the bags professionally installed. A few days later the dealership told me there was no way the bags could be installed with the brackets provided. I then called Viking Bags to verify that the brackets were the correct ones. Viking bags confirmed the part number for the brackets. I relayed it to the dealership who then told me they would not install the bags with the provided brackets because "they will break and fall off within a few miles" I then picked up the bike, bags, and brackets and called Viking Bags again. Now I find out that the brackets are "Universal Fit"... I was additionally told that I would have to pay for return shipping for a refund and my refund would be reduced because the package was open... All because Viking Bags misrepresented their product.

    Horrible quality bags, ordered and first time out they got a tear on the backside (how I have no idea) But I didn't think one ride would ruin the bag. **************** said its not covered even though its in the timeframe window. I will never buy a bag from them again and will continue to share my experience.

    VERY UPSETTING!!!!! Item #**** | Descriptions:28L - Pantheon Medium Shadow 750 Phantom Motorcycle Saddlebags, I bought the bags listed above, on April 25th for $241.98 they got delivered on April 29th I installed them on may 5th and then unfortunately on may 17th I got into an accident on my motorcycle and the right side bag got messed up. I called Viking bags on may 17th right after my accident and they said NO we dont sell replacement parts. I said okay thank you I sent an email on may 19th still waiting on a response. So I just called and I explained the situation to the representative and I said I would like to purchase the right side only. She said oh well we dont sell only one bag and just kept saying you will have to buy a new set and thats it. Like no sympathy for my accident. And just kept saying sorry you need to buy a whole new set. I feel that is wrong cause its not like both bags will be messed up in an accident. I have no issue with buying 1 bag. I just dont feel its right that I would need to buy 2 bags just because I got into an accident.

    This website Viking bags are total scammers they put fake photos of the products on the website and they scam customers.i wasted almost 3 months crazy company wanted to charge 40$ more .be aware of this scammers go somewhere else.

    Bad quality. Bad experience. Recieved 4 bags. All 4 horrible quality. The first 2 poor quality and large crack on lid in fiberglass and they still shipped. Then the 2nd set of 2 bags even worse quality. Can't even install em so embarrassing. After 100% of the products received have all been super poor quality and 2 weeks to wait for an exchange. U can understand why I didn't want to wait for a 3rd set bags. I already know they will be just as bad. This is a production issue. And failure to qc or not trained what to look for issues. U guys need new painters and polishers. And qc team to be trained plz. So I wouldn't accept waiting another 2 weeks for replacement. I offered to hold my bags until another set comes in to see which is worse of the set and return those. But they said no. They can only offer exchange after I send em back. Or 20% refund to keep the ugly ones. I emailed 10 times. Nothing offered to keep me happy or turn my experience around. Now I'm stuck paying 750$ to a body shop to paint these bags correctly with the quality expected on bags designed for the best bike brand on the planet. I simply asked. Send me new ones and I'll send back what ever set is worse. Or I'll pay outta my pocket to fix em properly but send me back 50% refund. Or send me a sissy and and pad instead of refund to keep me a good customer for life. Ignored all requests. And I'm sorry. Being in customer service my self. And owning abusiness. This is obsurd. Maybe I care about my customers to much to let them spread negative reviews. The very few times out of hundred I had a upset customer. I did give em what they wanted or made things right the first time back. Not the 3rd time back or gave em a weak a** discount. I paid 600$ almost for what u guys advertise and exceptional quality parts fit and finish. And I did not receive that. And the pics online are not justification. U guys choose what to put up. No honesty attached to that.

    Ordered a leather windshield bag for ********************* Bag did not fit bike as indicated on their site, caused large gaps between windshield and fairing body. Bag was poor quality material, very stiff and appears cheaply made. Site claims bags are made from premium leather, but it appeared to be a fake leather alternative. Website claims bags are manufactured in-house and they have warehouses nationwide, however the bag had a Made in ******** label. All of the seems had dried glue oozing out. Shipping took 4 weeks, and then another 2 weeks to process the return after they received the bag back. **************** was not very informative and didnt seem to know where our order was at in the process at any of the 4 times they were contacted, kept stating a warehouse move was to blame for the delays. Spend your money elsewhere.

    I sent back items that were in the condition they were in when I received them, they were uninstalled and sent back because I did not like them and they would not fit. After paying to return ship, which is fine - I was told they were scratched and would be a 50% restock fee. Nowhere on the return policy was this made known, and the communication was extremely poor. I am very unhappy with this resolution as I did nothing to the bags and shipped them back the way I received them. They were out of the ************ than 5 minutes until I repacked them and took them to **** If they scratch so easily, maybe that means they are of poor quality? Regardless, I did not damage them and I sincerely hope that restocking fee of 50% was worth the reviews I will be posting online of my experience. I own a small business and understand things happen, but to be charged excess of $200 after restock and return shipping for alleged damage I did not do, is poor customer service. Who is to say these were not damaged when I received them?

    I needed to return a bag for replacement within the warranty. The replacement bag looked the same but had cheaper clasps and I let them know I wouldn't use the bag. I asked for store credit to get a different bag and returned the replacement. I was told there was a gash in the returned bag so they would not be able to offer a credit. I had taken pictures of the bag right before sending it off and offered that the bag may have been cut when it was opened. On Friday I was told I would receive the credit by end of business. It is now Tuesday and I have not heard from them.

    Currently waiting for a purchase that was paid over 2 weeks ago. Multiple emails, and real time chat communications. They can't seem to give me a delivery date. Oh yeah, shipping was ***** and I can't get any tracking information other than (on its way to the next facility). I'm bout to make them refund and never do business with (American made) c*** again. I'm also a natural born American.
