When ****** the agent that came out and sold me the windows was telling me the windows and everything he told me at the interview process sending my living room that they would put my swamp cooler back in the window and it will work properly well after they got done and they put the swamp cooler back in the window. The fan cuts on because you know that's like an a basic area but I can't put on my swamp cooler pads or the drain PVC pipe. They lowered it by like an inch and a half so everything is leaning. I've tried to slide on the cover and it won't slide on properly because it's bent and when I call the company I get that I'd have to go at least another week without my swamp cooler. So my 65-year-old mother 66-year-old mother has to be hot in this basically 100 temperatures because they're telling me they're in some kind of covet thing. But on Wednesday nobody was in a covet thing when they came out and put these windows in. But now that I need them to come and fix something, the manager or whatever is telling me there was no obligation for him to put it back in right? It was a courtesy but that's not what was told to me at the beginning of this process. I am very disappointed in this company. I'm very disappointed in the manager who called me and because I told him what hide and tell him I said into myself that this was ********. He threatened not to even fix my swamp cooler because I set a cuss word. I'm 43 years old. I am not a child and I've been without my swamp cooler today for now 3 days. My mom is unhappy and that makes me unhappy at this point. I wish I would have never got the **** windows but now I'm stuck with them and I have to make this payment. I am very unhappy. Very unhappy. I need help to try to fix this. They're telling me that he will rush to get somebody out here on Tuesday, Tuesday. So I have to go through the weekend of 98 weather until Tuesday. I didn't get a swamp cooler to be forced to use my AC to raise my light bill so I have even more money to spit out of my pocket

    Response to Complaint 20704453(74242822)
Despite it being specifically stated in the contract "reinstalled items not under warranty" we did in fact send a service tech back to the home to readjust. This client was just freaking out that we could not come the next day. Our company had several team members very sick and I told him we could not come out for about a week so as not to get his mother, or him sick. He was being rude and cursing so yes, I told him would hang up if he kept going as I am a senior and I don't deserve to be cursed at especially when I was telling him we would be out soon as I could get a cleared tech to go, which we did. I believe it was approximately a week later but we did get out there.
So despite our contract explicitly stating we do not warranty anything we have to remove and rehang, to prevent old swamp coolers and air conditioners suddenly becoming something we have to warranty, we still made it out there and corrected. It was a bummer we were sick and couldn't make it the next day as the customer was demanding but we did go. I am assuming he sent this letter during the time period we could not go. Most company's would simply point to the part of the contract that says they don't fix swamp coolers but I am a good company that strives to go above and beyond a clients expectations. I have also enclosed a copy of the completion certificate the client signed that the work was done and satisfactory.
    Thank you
