    I told them I wanted a refund and they keep telling me they will refund my money but they havent done it. They sent me two emails saying they will and they still have not refunded me.

    I purchased a jacket in December 2024. I paid $95.00. I received the jacket after Christmas an I was not satisfied with the jacket. It was not the same jacket I saw online that I purchased. I sent an email with photos of the jacket. It is visible to the eye that the patches were ironed on and there are iron burn marks on the patches. I asked for a refund and I told the representative that I would send it back. The representative told me if I send it back I would have to pay for the shipping costs and that would be expensive. Instead of sending the jacket back, the representative offered to me keep it and I could get a 20% refund. I was very surprised to hear this. I did confirmed it would be expensive to ship back so I responded back to the representative that the jacket is not what I expected and I will take a 50% refund and I will keep the jacket. The representative accepted my offer. I have not received my refund and I contacted merchant to ask why. I was told that my bank would not accept the refund. This is very odd. So I contacted my bank to report what I was provided by the merchant and my bank checked to see if there was any activity from the merchant attempting to send my refund. My bank told me no and opened an investigation. My bank can find no reason why the merchants cant send me back my refund. Its been over 45 days and I still have not received my refund. This merchant is not willing to work with me to resolve this issue. I asked if another card can be used to send my refund or send me a check for the refund amount. I was told that this was not possible.

    I placed an order 11/17/2024 thinking my order would arrive well before Christmas since it was a present for my granddaughter. When I did not receive any information I called the company on 12/13 and was told the order was being re processed and was guaranteed it would be delivered by Christmas. To this day and after several emails I still have not received my order

    I bought the Workaholics bear coat online from jacket-hub for $129. I paid an additional $20 for gift wrapping and a gift card, that I placed a funny quote on from the show Workaholics. Shipping was 8-10 days and was free. Total order was $149.00. I received the coat that was shrink wrapped and wrapped in a cheap cellophane paper and a black ribbon. Hardly worth the $20 dollars I paid extra for and No card. I opened it as I was concerned it would be messed up or dented being shrink wrapped And when the jacket unfolded I was sorely disappointed as the jacket looks nothing like what is illustrated on the website. I contacted them and talked to a ***** ******* **************** *** and he sent me a email which advised me to send pictures. I sent pictures of the website my order which reflected the picture from website and the pictures I took of the jacket. They said they would have the ** look at it and would respond back. ***** ***** cust Serv *** responded by telling me the measurements were as advertised and would offer me a 20% discount or if I choose to want a refund I would have to ship it overseas and incur high shipping fees. I want to return the jacket and want a full refund.

    I purchased a *** sweatshirt on 11/03/2024. I did not realize this would be coming from ********. The company is located in **. The jacket is not the color photographed, nor does it fit. I asked for help with the return address as it was obviously not in ***************** only to find out it came from ********. I would like to return and also emailed them for a return address; not only did they not provide a return address however was told I would have to cover international shipping costs. As a customer, it is nerve racking to even think of sending something to ********. I should have looked at the website closer, their English is off. Is there any resolution to this?

    I ordered 2 jackets on June 12, 2024 online from Jacket Hub. The committed delivery schedule was 8 to 10 business days. I followed up via email on July 17 to check order status, and received a response from ***** that it was in final Quality Control phase and shipment would be shortly. I have since had email exchanges with ***** of their **************************** and received various reasons for the delay. Most recently on Monday July 29th, I requested a refund, to which ***** from Jacket Hub asked for an additional 3 days of ***** to allow for shipment, otherwise they will refund my money.It is now August 2nd, and after two more email requests for status, I just now received an email response from ***** indicating the items will be shipping within the next few hours and I should at that time receive a shipping tracking number. While I am doubtful my order will be fulfilled, I am equally concerned Jacket Hub will honor their commitment of a refund. Highly questionable business and business practices.

    On 12/26/23 I ordered a ***************** salute to service hoodie from a place called JacketHub. I paid $80 and opted for free shipping which said the shirt would be here in ***** business days. When that time passed I began emailing them to ask about my order. They kept telling me it was on the way. I emailed 3 times and got the same answer. On 02/03/24 they sent me a notification that it was sent to ****** To date the order has not moved out of a place called ***** Central in another country. I have tried to track through ***** however that has not helped. I tried to call the number listed for JacketHub which list a ********** address and the phone number just played music. I am at this point requesting my money back. Im not sure if this is a scam or not.

    This company sold me a fake hoodie. It was essential they did not send it for one year and then when I file the claim with PayPal they said I didnt pay them so PayPal took over and they emailed me every day 5 to 6 emails telling me to close it and I did not close it andthen they messaged me and they said they would give me the amount back if I just closed it they did not. It was a fake hoodie and it was the worst service ever over a year to come in and they promised things they did not keep. I do believe that they think because they are overseas. They are free from actually having any consequence.

I have written them six times and keep getting excuses about where the jacket is.
