            Bought an Aventon bike in May of 2022. The battery was defective and stopped charging after only 15 months of casual use. The average life of the battery should be around five. Because I did not register my bike I do not qualify for the 2 year warranty. I had assumed that I automatically had the 2 year warranty. I have tried repeatedly to get assistance in replacing the dead battery and have only been offered a discount on a new one. This is not how a customer should be treated. They should stand behind the products they sell, and take full responsibility if there is an issue or defect. I have not used this bike enough to be experiencing the problems that I am. I feel that I have been ripped off!

            Cancelation policy is put in place to take advantage of naive customers. 90 minutes... that's it. I requested a delivery cancelation and they said I would have to refuse it at the door. Except that they do not require a signature. **************** reps are not courteous and after they've logged you in their system, they will not pick up the phone when called. Currently I've been on hold for 20 minutes. Avoid this company!
