      How come my review/complaint never is published? My husband and I ordered metals from Regal Assets to be deposited in a depository LAST YEAR in SEPTEMBER 2021! Our metals were not delivered and deposited and I have an email the ***** sent that he was not refunding ** our money! The so called Lying "President" keeps giving ** the run around of excuses. What a mess!! I have all the emails, texts and receipts.

      I invested in a precious metals *** with Regal in *** of 2022, and was informed that the product would be delivered in 4-6 weeks. It is now the end of September 2022 and I have still not received the metals purchased. I have sent e-mails and phoned repeatedly. All I get is the run around - they have consistently told me they are checking on the location of the shipment or it is on the way, but I still have no metals. I can not get any one to speak to me on the phone and have been told numerous times **. ********* will call me back and have yet to speak to him. I was told that the other account executive is no longer with the company. No answer to the e-mails I have sent him. I believe this company has cheated me out of my money. I need this issue resolved. I believe Regal has committed fraud by taking my money and not delivering the product. I want my products delivered or my money refunded. Stay away from this company!

      I'll believe that when it happens. I've tried emailing him-no reply. I've called his office several times and was told he would get "right back to me" - never happened. It seems everyone at that company are liars. If this is not resolve soon with a refund of my money or the metals delivered, I'm going to contact the FBI and try my best to get them to look at all the times this has happened and pursue conspiracy to commit fraud charges against Regal.

      ***** did get in touch with me around the end of September - he told me that he would call or email me every Friday to keep me informed of the progress. Haven't heard from him since. He also said the metals would be shipped by 10/31. As of just now, they are not in the account. He laid all of the blame on someone who is no longer with the company. It appears to me that Mr. ********* is a liar and can not be trusted. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I will be pursuing other avenues of action.

      It is now January 2023, and I have still not heard from Mr. ********* and can get no answer when I phone. I would like a refund or my metals shipped to CNB in Delaware ASAP.

      Avoid this company!! ***************************** (CEO) and ********************* (president) refuse to deliver our metals or refund us our money. They have given us a big run around for months! There is so much drama with this company. Join ** as FB: Victims of Regal Assets
