    I ordered Dark Spot Reducer, used it once, and it turned both of my arms dark purple, and they became swollen also. They did not return to normal for weeks. They only refunded me half of what I spent. I wanted a full refund.

    I initially came on here to file a complaint about how they refuse to cancel my subscription. I hadn't noticed any health benefits or weight loss on the products despite their claims, so I spoke to somebody about canceling, and they hung up on me. It seems like my phone number has been flagged now, because each time I call back and try to get the cancellation department, they hang up on me again. I figure the only way to get it canceled is to complain on here. However, I've been reading through the complaints, and I see where somebody said they sent the product to a lab and it's just sugars and fillers. Quote: GUNDRY is selling snake oil and fake supplements. I've had the products tested by a lab who said it contain nothing more than sugar and fillers. Zero active ingredients! Fake pills. I don't want to put that in my body if that's true, so now I feel I should get a full refund for all of my orders.

    Even if they refuse to refund me, I want this order cancelled. They make sure that it's next to impossible to cancel. When I call and try to do it, they just hang up and keep charging you. I want this account closed immediately, and I don't want my card charged any further.

    The product is called Phyto COLLAGEN ********** contains no collegen. It is high doses Vit C which caused me (and many people) stomach cramping. They advertise this as a premium "Collagen" supplement, to help support your body's collagen. I have a spinal injury and was taking Collagen to help heal it. I switched to Dr. ************************ "collagen' because I was tricked by his false advertising. I got this product with NO COLLAGEN in it.

    I ordered the 6 bottles bio probiotic with 90 day guarantee. I have used the product as required but have had no changes and it upsets my stomach. I called today to return the product. I was given n an authorization number RA3805513 and was told to return all 6 bottles empty or full to charsworth ca address. I explained I didnt have the empty bottles . I purchased this with the true intent of using all the product so why would I keep empty bottles. Nothing in the return policy says this that I have seen , customer service *** said I would only be refunded for the bottles I return. I have to prove to them that they sent the bottles. Their records show that I did. This is outrageous and does not reflect well on the gundty organization

    Spoke to customer service and cancelled my subscription (May or June I think). Website didn't allow me to cancel online. Website also would not allow me to remove my credit card until cancelled. I forgot to go back and check that it was cancelled and remove my credit card.1 Watermelon Lemonade.

    As i was processing my order, a screen popped up to purchase additional items. I clicked no, then another screen popped up, again I clicked no. On the the third one, I accidentally clicked yes. Before I knew if an additional 2 items were charged to my credit card. I immediately reached out to them to cancel that order. Several hours later, they emailed me to tell me that the item had already shipped and that I would need to wait until til the item arrived and then print out a shipping label.and send it back before getting reimbursed. They baited the clicks and then keep my money for weeks while they process a return which I am responsible for now doing. They refuse to give me back my money despite the fact that I emailed them within minutes of the mistaken order.This is a baiting technique that needs to be stopped.

    I have over $1,000 dollars in orders and they refuse to issue a refund. GUNDRY is selling snake oil and fake supplements. I've had the products tested by a lab who said it contain nothing more than sugar and fillers. Zero active ingredients! Fake pills. I've called in to request it several times and they hang up the phone. I followed all of their so called return policy rules and they still refuse to issue a refund. I've contacted an attorney who will file a class action $250 million dollar lawsuit if they fail to refund ALL of my orders! Pay now or pay **** more later on. Plus we'll be in contact with the *** and *** who will shut down your business. And, we'll contact the ************* to file a formal complaint to suspend your medical license. FRAUD!

    I purchased a bottle of Gundry MD olive oil to try it out on Thursday the 22nd in the morning. ORD-********* $43.15. I came home from work and checked my emails and saw where the company placed 2 more orders without my consent. It was after hours so I could not call at that time. These orders Total $203.80. I called Gundry MD on Friday the 23rd at 8am PST to say that I did not order these items. They said that the items already shipped and they can only offer me a refund if I pay for shipping and handling. I told them that this was not acceptable and they said that this was policy.

    Purchased Gundry MD Phyto Collagen Complex in 10/2023 (3) jars. Used jar 1 was having acid, stopped using for few months. Started jar 2 was using every few days because of acid again. Used powder in tart cherry juice. On 5/12/25 noticed many Grey small ***** in powder. Did not continue to take. Opened 3rd jar to see if it had grey ***** also and yes, had fewer and smaller, but had. NO expiration date on jar or paperwork. Called customer support ********************. Spoke to ************************ couldn't do anything about it eventhough product has a shelf life of 2 yrs and no other complaint received on this issue.

    The two jars of product I received are expired. I have requested a refund but no response. The product powder is clumped together and flavorless. I feel like this product is a total scam.

    I sincerely apologize for any frustration. Please keep in mind that the date found on your packaging is the product's Manufacturing Date (MFG), which shows when that particular product was made and not when it expires. The Potency Validation Date or "Best by Date" is 2 years from the date on the product. This Potency Validation Date is the amount of time you have to use the product while it is at its peak potency.
