      I ordered 3 Bottles of BioComplete and the order stated that there was a 90 day no hassle money back return. I sent the bottles back since I did not see any personal results and even gained weight instead of losing it. I paid $16 to ship the BioComplete back to the address that was given by GundryMD for returns. I received a refund of $98.66 but I should have received the full refund of $147.98. This product did not work and I feel that there was false advertising involved based on what results were expected and what was received. I would like to get the additional $49.32. I would have not paid shipping to return something knowing that I would not get a full refund back. . Thank you.

      On August 10 I received notification that my order is being shipped. I hadnt ordered anything. I called Gundrymd and explained the situation. The **************** *** told me to try to catch the delivery person and to not accept the delivery, it would be returned to the company and I would be refunded the $119.85. At that time she cancelled the monthly subscription. On August 12, the delivery was left at my back steps. I called the company and they told me that I had ordered this online on 7/27/24 and that they can offer me a 30% discount and I can keep the product. They insisted that is the only way the order would get into the system. (Back in 2022, I had ordered a different product from this company for $119.85 so was in their system). I replied that I dont want this product, and I never ordered it. I asked to speak to a Supervisor. The Chat guy insisted he was the supervisor, and nothing would change, that is their policy. The **************** *** on the phone told me the Supervisor was at lunch. THIS IS A SCAM! My options were to keep the product and try it and receive a 30% discount, or to go to the post office and pay for return, which cost me $15.70, because Gundry would not provide a return label. I am waiting for the refund and would also like the $15.70 postage refunded.

      Dr ************************ BioSync product and Omnislim products have no efficacy, no positive results. They refused to refund after 90 days. Regardless. their products simply did not work for me after a full month of use as directed. Just very disappointing. Zero improvements in my health and energy, zero improvements in sleep, which they refer to as our circadian rhythm, a complete waste of my money and goodness knows what it actually did to my body, For any potential consumers, I am fair, this did not work, and the price ain't cheap.The polyphenol dark spot corrector is useless, but I did not request a refund, I ate the cost but really should have returned it. It was useless. No effect after use as directed.

      I filed the original claim on 6/24/24. I ordered 3 bottles of olive oil. One was cracked upon receipt of the order. Ive been contacted by 4 different Gundry representatives. They have not been able to find my address twice. I provided them the information. I have not heard anything back from Gundry. If you are thinking about buying olive oil, from Gundry, DONT.

      On July 30, 2024 I visited the site to see if I wanted to purchase the Gundry MD's product. I provided my credit card number to make an initial purchase. When I went to check out, I got screens asking if I wanted to take advantage of an additional offer. I tried scrolling down to get to the final invoice screen but I got another pop up offering an even an additional offer. By this time, I was getting suspicious about the upsells and quite frankly exited the site. To my dismay, I saw 3 charges on my credit card and a few days later 9 bottles of the product arrived at my door. I didn't authorize a final charge as I was used to when I have visited other sites and assumed the transaction wouldn't have gone through. I contacted and was told I could keep them and they would offer me a 30% discount. I explained that I didn't even finalize my initial purchase but was told each time I got the pop up screen for an additional deal, that finalized a transaction. I felt their website is very misleading. I did not receive a final screen showing me what my charges would be so I didn't have an opportunity to remove any items from my final order. I am returning all the product and then discovered I will not be reimbursed an international shipping charge (again, no final invoice) so not only am out the international shipping charges but have to pay an additional $36+taxes to return the product. Had I just received my initial purchase, my experience and impression about the company wouldn't have been as bad. I feel their web site is very confusing to on-line purchasers. There should always be a final invoice and final acceptance of a charge listing all of the charges so that the purchaser agrees to this. I wanted to report this vendor as I feel they are very misleading to the public.

      I am rejecting this response because I have not been refunded yet the initial purchase.  I have returned all the bottles and expect a full refund for the initial order. In addition, I want the full refund for order Order # ORD-********* / GM21104168 in the amount of $66.90 CAD as I had exited out of the site yet the 3 orders went through.  There should be no order fulfilled unless a consumer accepts a final bill with all charges showing.

      I was fraudulently charged $131.46 on 7/11 for an order that I did not place. I had never heard of Gundry before seeing the credit card charge.On the same day, there was another charge from a different scam company called Bravenly Global, so I have to assume these were related.I was forced to cancel and reissue my credit card, which is a very time-consuming and inconvenient process.On 8/6 I actually received these scam products from Gundry at my old address, where I haven't resided in 2 years. So somehow the company took my stolen information and made a purchase and shipment. This tells me that the company itself is the one who processed this fraud, because they would be the only one to benefit from it.

      On 10/29/23, I ordered 3 Bottles of BioComplete with order # GM18818326 after watching Dr. Gundry's video in which it states several times about the 90 day no hassle money back returns. On 1/22/24, I initiated the online return process telling them that I tried to product and did not see any positive effects and actually experienced some not pleasant ones. During the online return process it was the first time I saw mentioned that you have to return all the bottles, even empty ones, which I thought was weird but I had put the empty bottles in a recycle box in our home so I went to get them. Unfortunately the recycle box had been picked up by my kids and thrown in the main recycle bin for pick up that week, and I put that in the online return info. I received an email from customer care on 2/24/24 stating I needed to return the bottles for a full refund and "because my satisfaction is our main concern" was offered a 30% refund. This was not acceptable to me and replied to them as such and how disappointed I was that they would not honor the 100% refund after I explained why the bottles couldn't be returned. What a horrible way to treat a customer who in good faith tried your product and honestly explained the situation, and to top it off with "my (the customer) satisfaction is our ********************** main concern". Shame on them. I want a 100% refund.
