      On April 10, 2025, I submitted a completed Metrinch warranty replacement form along with two defective tools (a Quick Release Ratchet and a screwdriver bit from the 62-Piece Set) to the company's warranty department via ***. The package was delivered and signed for by a person named "*****" on April 18, 2025, as confirmed by the *** tracking number.Despite this, I received no acknowledgment or communication from Metrinch. On June 4, 2025, I followed up via email to ***************************************** and included all necessary documentation again. As of today, June 15, 2025, I have still received no reply or replacement tools.Documents Attached:- Copy of the completed Warranty Form dated 2025-04-10 - *** proof of delivery showing delivery on 2025-04-18 - Follow-up email sent on 2025-06-04 to Metrinch My request is to receive replacement tools under Metrinchs advertised lifetime warranty, specifically for the Quick Release Ratchet and the screwdriver bit submitted on April 10, 2025.I expect the warranty to be honored as advertised.

      Four months ago in February, I returned a ratchet that was not working to the Metrinch address in ********************. I followed the instructions and filled out the form as requested. I sent it with **** tracking. Proof of delivery was confirmed. I have not received a repaired or replaced ratchet with their warranty. I have sent numerous emails without response and have called numerous times. There is no answer and no voicemail. This is quite upsetting to me as I really think they have a great product.

      I ordered a tool set from them that was pre order/soldout on 12/28/23. Ive tried leaving messages, *** tried emailing them. No response to anything. $213.31. I tried going through their refund process and nothing.

      Placed an order via their website. There was a confirmation email but nothing since. Its been a few weeks now and I have reached out via email and phone with no response. I have raised the website domain to the abuse department at the registrar godaddy. Seems like this is a dead website at best, but possibly just a scam.

      Placed the order and got confirmation. Been a week and no shipment, called several times last few days- No Response. Emailed several times- No response. I'm starting to think it's either a scam or at lest theft.

      On October 7, 2024, I placed an order with Metrinch for $29.88 for a deep socket and ratchet adapter. I have received no correspondence of shipment, even after sending several emails trying to obtain where my order was, or status of shipping.

      I ordered 2ea of 13mm-1/2 in sockets on June 3, 2024. I received confirmation of my order. I have not received the order, I have called and left voice mail, sent emails and submitted request for customer service from ********************** web page. Never received a response from METRINCH. I would like to receive my order or a refund.

      I placed an order for a socket on ************************* and was charged a total of $20.70 on May 3, 2024. I received an immediate order confirmation email and shortly after, an email saying my item had been shipped. It's been in pre-shipment status since. I've sent several emails, have made numerous phone calls (and left detailed messages), as well as filled out countless inquiries via their "contact us" page on their website asking for a refund. I've had no response whatsoever and no refund. I now see in further research of this company, that this is unfortunately a typical business practice of theirs. Losing even $20.70 for a product that I didn't receive (and now no longer need), and assuming I've been scammed, makes such a negative impact on my very tight budget.(I've included attachments of what I have proof of; the charge to my debit card, the order confirmation/shipping and some of the emails I've sent).

      I shipped two rachets (1/2 and 3/8) to Metrinch for repair or replacement under their lifetime warranty. I followed the directions on their website and mailed the tools via **** insured to **** LLC. (Attn: Metrinch Warranty ****** ************************************* *******************************************************************************************. The tools were delivered to the above address on September 16, 2024. It is stated on their warranty form it takes up to two weeks for processing. As of October 31, 2024, I have not received the repaired or replaced tools back. I have sent emails and left messages at through the email contact form and phone number listed on their website. I have not received any return contact from Metrinch. I paid around 21 dollars to **** for shipping and insurance and am also out the tools.

      I placed my order August 19, 2023. Just like so many here I have yet to receive my 62 pcs. tool set worth $189.99, plus two 1/4 drive spinner handle screwdrivers worth $19.90. I received a portion on September 6, 2023 that had the replacement tool case for the 62 pcs. tool set with one 1/4 drive finger ratchet plus 1/4 14 pcs. socket set in a small box. I received another shipment on September 30, 2023 that had two foam inserts for the 62 pcs. tool set in a envelope. Since then I havent had a single return call or email. I have attempted numerous times to reach out to them regarding the missing items from their website, email and by phone. I even asked them from a different email as a potential new customer, regarding their 62 pcs tool set, nothing! I purchased my tools in the late 90s. I need warranty for the first time on a broken 3/8 drive ratchet and socket, nothing! I guess the lifetime warranty is out of the question. I used financing option called ShopPay by affirm that charged me $22.21 on interest for a 12 month loan. Such a rude, awful customer service experience. After opening up a dispute with them they went ahead and found after ONLY a month that the Merchant provided compelling evidence that the dispute is invalid. When I called affirm and asked them to provide evidence like they asked me to provide evidence. They told me thats not how they determine that its invalid before they hung up the phone on ***** is now October 19, 2024. 14 months later, still waiting! I have already paid $360.03 for only $128.47 worth of goods. Shorted $242.04. Due to the dispute I felt needed to be opened before I make my last payment of $32.69, ******* by affirm stopped payment while they investigate. Now they are saying it is past due a month, it might affect my credit and the possibility of not being able to use ******* in the future! On OfferUp and other apps that sell items, recently I see new ads for sale with links to Metrinch website. Fraudsters!
