1 starIm very disappointed in the service I received after purchasing tickets to the ******* in *******, **. I received emails a week before the 7/10 show for each of the two tickets I purchased stating the stage setup had been changed and I had been assigned new seats. Ticketmaster gave me the option to complete a short form for a full refund for each ticket. I completed the forms for each refund. The refund for the first ticket was immediately granted; however, I still have not received the refund for the second ticket and have had three chats (with a reference number) assuring me they would grant the refund.Review fromDonna O

1 starHighly disappointed. I usually buy very expensive tickets through Ticketmaster and have been a regular customer for over a decade. Lately, ********************** has been sub par.Note: their "call center" is based out of the Phillipines. Recently bought expensive tickets with "parking pass" purchase. Took screen shot of purchase. Now forced to pay double to park. Isn't this illegal?The call center is telling me the parking pass is not ********** center is very difficult to understand like most outsourced companies, I will choose to go elsewhere.Review fromVij V

1 starDisappointing and overpriced ticket experience with no accountability from Ticketmaster. Bought pre-sale tickets for *** ****** - ******* show only to see much better seats (floor and 100s sections) become available at significantly lower prices closer to the eventdespite many tickets still unsold. I asked Ticketmaster for a better seat exchange and offered to even let go of the price difference I paid, but they simply blamed promoters and provided zero support.Unless its a completely sold-out artist like ****** *****, dont rush into pre-sales: better seats often appear later. The whole system feels unfair, opaque, and designed to penalize early buyers. I felt totally duped and will never trust this platform again.Ticketmaster Corp

1 starVery disappointed with my VIP experience because my VIP tickets were not sent the right way. Heres a little backstory: My friend had an accident and couldnt go to the ****** ***** Concert in ****************, ** on July 20, 2025. I got tickets from her but when I got to the venue, they said I didnt have any tickets on my account. I called and the did a transfer which took about 30 minutes and I wasted my time waiting, while I couldve gotten my full VIP experience which included a picture with ******. I would like to be compensated for the experiences I missed out on and the money that was lost because of it.Review fromH. C.

1 starTicket master sold me tickets to the **-**** show in philly and on the site they had the seating in a horse shoe shape only to get there and it was just straight lines of chairs. I will never use yall again for any tickets anywhere.Ticketmaster Corp

Your seating chart on the site looked nothing like that, so cut it out. Yall literally had the seating in the shape of a horseshoe which initially had me on the side of the stage. Thats FALSE ADVERTISING. If there was a change the correct thing to do is notify the PAYING customer first. However I still wont be purchasing from this site ever again and Ive unsubscribed from all future emails. Good night!Review fromL. B.

1 starTicketmaster sent an email for a buy one, get one free offer for the band Trivium. The email stayed that the offer was good through 7/9/2026; there were no exclusions listed and no fine print in the email or on the web site. The promo code they provided did not work, so I contacted them for assistance. They said that the code was only good for a limited number of uses. I communicated with them multiple times asking them to assist me with purchasing tickets at the advertised price, or to provide me with a credit so I could purchase them on my own: TM has now closed my case without resolution, saying that my question has been answered. I simply want them to honor the offer they directly made to me.Ticketmaster Corp

Apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused. Promo codes are entered when you are ready to checkout and will deduct a specific dollar amount from your order total. Passcodes and discount codes give you access to tickets made available during a special sale or at a special price. These are entered before viewing and selecting available tickets.
Discount codes, promo codes or passcodes can't be applied when purchasing resale tickets. If your codes are not working, ensure you are entering the correct code on the correct page.
Receiving a code doesn't guarantee securing tickets as tickets are limited.

I understand how to use codes, and that they are not valid with resellers. As I've explained numerous times, the code never worked. If codes are only available for a limited number of uses or time then Ticketmaster should clearly state that, otherwise it's false advertising, as it was in this case. I tried using the code within minutes of receiving it via an email from Ticketmaster. It never worked even though the email said it was valid for over a week later. It is not right for Ticketmaster to send an email with an offer and then not honor the offer.L. B.

1 starI could not change my phone number on my Ticketmaster account. Because of that I could not transfer or sell tickets. I needed to because of an illness in the family. I called customer service and they told me to delete my account once the event was over. I explained that I needed to transfer or sell the tickets to that event. They said they couldn't help me and there was no one else that they could transfer me to. What a rip off. I WILL NEVER USE TICKETMASTER AGAIN AND I WILL TELL EVERYONE I POSSIBLY CAN TO NEVER USE THEM.Ticketmaster Corp

1 starUnable to obtain refund for parking I no longer need. Also unable to sell parking to other customers. This is a perfect example why ********************** is not BBB Accredited and why they consistently are one of the worst customer service-oriented companies in *****************. They do not care one bit for their customers and will ***** them as much as possible. There is no good reason why they couldn't honor a refund for $20 parking or at the very least attempt to sell the parking at a reduced rate so they could still pocket part of my money and someone else's money. 1 starI am filing a formal complaint regarding my experience purchasing tickets for the **** *********: Got Back concert on September 29, 2025, at ***************On July 15, 2025, I logged into my Ticketmaster account on my desktop at 9:20 AM, well before the 10:00 AM presale, with all account details fully ********** 9:55 AM, I tried to join the Waiting Room but encountered repeated verification code errors. I received correct six-digit codes on my iPad and iPhone but could not advance on my desktop after at least four attempts.I then tried on my iPad using a separate network, experiencing the same issue. I finally joined via the Ticketmaster app on my iPhone at 10:06 AM but was placed over ******* in line, losing any fair shot at presale pricing.I used multiple devices, networks, and followed all instructions, yet was locked out due to Ticketmasters technical failures.This mirrors the ****** ***** Eras Tour presale issues, where fans faced similar errors despite proper preparation. Though I did not try for Swift tickets, Ticketmaster publicly promised to fix these problems after Senate hearings.Clearly, nothing has improved. The same flaws impact other tours, forcing fans into inflated resale prices or no access. I request Ticketmaster review this presale and my account session history, as this was a platform failure, not user error.I also spoke with a ********************** representative at 10:25 AM PDT after waiting 20 minutes on hold, who admitted there was nothing he could do and refused to escalate or provide a case number.Ticketmaster Corp

1 starI purchased tickets for the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup final on June 15th, intending to watch the final. However, I realized I couldn't go anymore, so I added them to the resale list. Initially, they were overpriced. However, after trying to change the initial price, the app always gives an error and asks me to contact support via chat. I tried this a few times with no solution. I even went to a repair shop in person on the day of a match. They took my phone number and email, saying they would contact me, and to this day, they haven't resolved my issue. I tried transferring a ticket to a friend, but he didn't receive it, and I can no longer access it. Therefore, I am seeking help from this organization in an attempt to obtain a practical solution to this problem—a refund.
