    Wednesday 10/15/25 I placed an order with Wireless Source (magnakom) for an IPad bundle which was supposed to include the iPad, glass protector, case, cord, charging block and wireless headphones. On Friday 10/17 I received the iPad and cord. If I dont receive the rest of the items by Tuesday 10/21 I will be packing up the iPad and cord and returning it for a full refund.

Consumer was missing some items from a package that she purchased.  We have since sent this consumer her missing items and have provided her tracking.  We apologize for any inconvenience they may have caused.  We believe this issue is now resolved.

    I ordered an unlocked iPhone and it was delivered on August 29, 2025. I requested a return and a refund for the phone and protection plan. I reviewed their return policy, which said I had 30 days to return the phone. I initiated contact on or about September 6, 2025. They requested that I send them the **** number. I did. I sent it 2-3 times. They responded by saying to contact us on Monday. I contacted them again on Monday with the **** number. They responded by saying I sent in duplicate messages. Then I hear nothing from them. I believe they are trying to wait out the 30 days and then deny the request.

    I purchased a refurbished phone through a business operating via *******'s platform. Upon receiving the phone, I discovered it had multiple defects specifically, a bad battery which could barely last a few hours of the day, and a broken earpiece microphone which made the device essentially unusable.Following the business's return instructions, I returned the phone to *******. I was originally told that I would receive a full refund within approximately three weeks. However, it has now been over a month, and I still have not received the refund.I have contacted the business multiple times via email to inquire about the status of the refund. Each time, Ive received inconsistent responses and vague excuses for the delay. Despite several requests, they have failed to provide any clear timeline for when the refund will be issued. In many instances, they have simply ignored my questions altogether.This situation has caused significant financial stress. Because the defective phone was my only means of communication, I was forced to use the last of my available funds to purchase a new phone after returning the defective one money I had been expecting to get back shortly. All I want is for my money to stop being held and given back to me.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    I have made it very clear from the outset what was expected, and I believe I have been more than patient throughout this process.
    I was assured the refund would be processed within three weeks, however, it has now been nearly two months with no payment received and no clear communication on the delay. This is a significant amount of money that I need, and the extended delay is not only unacceptable but unprofessional. 
    At this point, I am not seeking further discussion, I am simply asking for the refund to be issued without any additional delays.

    I order 2 iPhone 12 mini I was supposed to received on may 9 was getting them for my son birthday it says delivered on ******* website so I went out to the main highway where my mailbox is there was no package from them there I contacted ******* which they told me they will refund me my money it will take 7 to ********************************************************************************************************************* for shipping waiver which they have inform me that they will not give me ******* just kept promising refund with nothing yet so disputes charges with the bank because no one helping me I keep getting the same response 7 to 10 days for refund but on the tenth day I never received it

    Order Placed: April 8, 2025 ********** order number: 114-2377402-4045804 Seller's order number: ******* Order Total: $140.71 Item (Apple Watch) arrived and was defective; I followed the sellers specific instructions and protocol for returns/refunds and was told a refund would be issued 2-5 business days after they received the returned item. It is now beyond the 2-5 business threshold and I have yet to receive my refund. There only response is we will issue your refund as soon as possible. Which is beyond me, considering there is absolutely nothing prohibiting the from doing so considering I have complied with all of their requirements and they have the defect product in their possession. I even sent them proof of receipt and still no refund.     I bought an iPhone 8 from Magnakom on Jan 27, 2024. I received it February 1, 2024. I was having trouble charging this phone. It seemed to only use one charger, and even then I sometimes would have problems charging it. Then my charger quit working. So since I couldnt get this phone to charge with any of the chargers I had I went and bought another one. I still couldnt get this phone to charge. I bought it to a shop and they told me a pin was missing. So it could have been loose when I received the phone. I have had the same iPhone 6 Plus for years, so Im quite sure I know how to plug in and unplug a charger!! I contacted Magnakom and they emailed me . Then told me my 60 day warranty ran out. This is NOT TRUE I contacted them before the 60 days. Now Im stuck with this phone I just paid $190 for. In the email they used the name wireless source.
