      Unless you want to put up a ton of money to wait around for a minimum of 4 or 5 months shop anywhere else.I wish I would of looked here before placing my order as I'm far from the 1st person to find out that when you order they will just hold your money indefinitely with little to no concern or effort to get an inventory.After 4 months they say there still not in ************ looked into the other types of wood and there totally out of stock with all them too. Not sure why they even advertise as why would you want to annoy more people by holding there money up when you can't even keep up with the back ordered items.In my neighborhood many people have been waiting to see this imaginary sauna.....so instead of losing a sale for 1 person, now a entire neighborhood will be hearing about the ClearLight Treatment.In about 4 weeks I'll be getting my Radiant Sauna as they assured me they have inventory all located in the ******************* .So if I would of just went thru them to begin with I would of had a sauna months ago.......I think by law any company that takes your money and sits on it with no ambition to deliver a good should give you INTEREST back when you had your fill. I would of had about ****** dollars in interest has I left it in my own bank.Its so interesting that I write them a one star review and within 30 mins they had their public relations write back trying to play damage control......why hire a team to surf the internet all day when you could be paying people to build these saunas to sell? Seems to me in my opinion their efforts to persuade the public's perception of being a quality company is more important than building the products to have in stock to sale!

      Hi ****, we are very sorry you feel that way and can understand your frustration of waiting for the sauna model you chose to arrive and then get a delay on it. We actually give everyone the choice of paying a fully refundable deposit or if you pay in full for an out of stock sauna you get an extra discount. That is still fully refundable if you cancel your order. We never ask anyone to pay in full unless they want the extra discount. We do have many different sauna models in stock and we always tell customers an estimated time of arrival for out of stock saunas. Unfortunately, delays do still happen and it is as frustrating to us as it is for our customers. We always do everything we can to ensure our customers are happy and are updated with any delays as we hear about them. I hope your enjoy your Radiant Sauna, at the end of the day we just want everyone to get the benefits of infrared therapy and be healthy.

      Clearlight is honestly such a great company. **************** knows the business in and out and the Clearlight team is great, not to mention I LOVE my sanctuary 3 sauna. Amazing quality saunas with great results ever since I started using mine. Definitely recommend!!

      BUYER BEWARE. I had researched saunas extensively before landing on the Clearlight Infrared Sauna. Part of the reason I decided on this sauna was also the app to start it remotely, as it takes 45 minutes or so to warm up, so I use the app to get it started while I am out on the mountain or in meetings so it's ready when I can use it. This was a value add for me, so if it is for you too, keep reading....For the amount of money you pay for these saunas their customer service is HORRIFIC. Absolutely horrific. My app to control the sauna worked great from Dec 2020 until Dec 2021 at which time it just stopped working. I repeated the setup instructions I had received, and then I researched all over the internet and forums to get it working again, following all the instructions I found.I don't normally write these types of reviews but have been so disappointed with my interactions with them that I feel the need to. Save yourself the time and effort and go with someone else. There are tons of infrared sauna options on the market and this company just doesn't deserve your business if you are looking for good customer service after investing a fortune in their product. I've included my detailed notes below on my interactions with them, the timeline, and the person I worked with. I have now spent hours of my life on this with zero success. Also notice how they only respond to the positive ****** reviews, or if there is a negative one they say "we have no record of you contacting our service department". I have saved every single email and voicemail from this interaction so their is no way they can say the same for me.

      This is one of the best purchases I've ever made. It's been a great company to work with. I came to this company by way of a neighbor who also bought a sauna from this company years before also very happy.

      Where do I start. Ordered sauna 1st Dec 2020 and arrived on time, first of March. So far so good, until I opened the crates. Corner molding on the side had fallen off with staples exposed, backrest slat was cracked, roof was damaged. Notified customer service and this is where it began. Sent numerous emails, and phone calls, even sent email to ******* ****** founder of Clearlight sauna after several months of stalling. Finally received a new backrest and roof. They sent a technician out to install, but from listening and watching them, it didn't appear as though they had a lot of experience with this sauna.They tried to install the backrest, but it wasn't the same and they couldn't install. Installed the roof and found out it was the wrong one. Sauna didn't heat up as well as it did before and blue tooth wasn't working.Decided to check it out myself and found that the replacement backrest was 48 inches wide and original was 49 1/2inches so holes didn't line up and the replacement had 4 screws and the original had 6. Did I mention that the service tech didn't replace all the screws so it was loose. Decided to take the backrest off and found all the insulation and reflection paper wasn't attached and had fallen down. Reattached the reflection paper and thin insulation. Sent them pictures of before and after. Took off the roof they had installed and found the replacement roof didn't have all the connection wires. Might have been the reason it didn't heat us as fast and the ********* didn't work. Reinstalled the original roof and everything works fine, still have damage though. ******* ***** their operations person and updated him as to what was going on. He notified me they were going to send me a new sauna. Since this has been going on for 4 months I responded and told them I would be willing to get everything fixed, dispose of the replacement roof in my garage and they wouldn't need to send a new sauna. dispose of the old one, hire someone to install, if they would consider rebating some of the purchase price. ***** was a $200 rebate and a heat lamp. Thanked them for their generous offer and to notify me when the sauna was being shipped and what did they want to do with the replacement roof. Today is July 1, 2021 and haven't heard back. Not unusual.I guess if you don't have any damage or need service it would be fine. If you are considering them, I would suggest checking out some other reviews where it appears customer service is questionable."

      We are sorry you have been frustrated by the process but in summary, you made several requests ranging from replacement, replacement of parts, to on-site service, every request was addressed including a new replacement unit. We can understand your frustration with lack of communication with the trucking company and the tech but you also you did not reply back to calls made from the trucking company and the on-site tech, which caused a lot of the delays you talk about and they are both an independent and not employees of Clearlight. We have done everything in our power to resolve your issues and unfortunately delays often occur that are out of our control. We strive to make every customer happy and enjoy our products.
