    I paid for my daughter to get and take a DMV class. She studied 30 hours within their online course. It was to get her learners permit. This site advertises that their course is accepted by the ***********************. It is not accepted by the ***********************. My 15-year-old went to go get her learners permit and was in tears, she was told it is not accepted by the ***********************. How wrong is this to do to teenage kids. She was heartbroken. My problem with this is after seeing reviews this company knows this. Yet they chose to stay online and sell it anyway. What an awful thing to do to a kid not only was my child let down my money was stolen because they knew that the state would not accept it.

    We apologize for the confusion and inconvenience experienced by both you and your daughter.
    Please call us at ************** for a refund; we have a no-ask refund policy. 
    Our ************** course has numerous disclaimers which state that school permission and approval are required in order to receive the required certificates. Upon registration, it is required that the parent sign that they acknowledge that the school is required to provide the required certificates. We then send another email after registration and payment that reiterates this message. We do apologize that this information was missed, but it is stated numerous times throughout the signup process. I have attached the snapshot of these disclaimers, including the one which requires parental acknowledgment. Again, we do apologize for the confusion; please do call us so we can issue the refund.
