      1. Misleading Representation:I entered into an agreement with Crowdbotics based on their claim that they possessed the necessary capabilities to develop the project I requested. However, soon after the payment was made, I was informed that the desired project was beyond their scope. This discrepancy in representation misled me and eroded my confidence in Crowdbotics' integrity.2. Extended Project Timeline:I was informed that the project would be completed in approximately 5 months. Regrettably, despite more than a year of collaboration, not a single item outlined in the Product Requirement Document was accomplished.3. Inadequate ** Design Contribution:A significant portion of the ** design was undertaken by myself rather than Crowdbotics, indicating a failure to fulfill the obligations outlined in our agreement. This lack of input from their side undermines the value and quality of the services I expected from Crowdbotics.4. Frequent Team Personnel Changes:Throughout the course of our engagement, there have been multiple instances of team personnel changes, leading to inconsistencies and disruptions in the project's progress. These changes have hindered effective communication, impeded knowledge transfer, and further contributed to the project's stagnation.5. Harassment for Payment:I have experienced persistent harassment from Crowdbotics regarding payment for upcoming milestones, despite the fact that the initial milestone outlined in the agreement remains incomplete. This pressure to pay for unfinished work is unacceptable and suggests a lack of professionalism and disregard for our contractual terms.6. Ignored Feedback:Repeatedly, my feedback and suggestions for each iteration of the build have been ignored, demonstrating a failure to incorporate client input into the development process. This disregard for feedback severely hampers the collaborative nature of our engagement and undermines the likelihood of achieving a satisfactory outcome

I'm an entrepreneur that came up with a concept for an app that I believed would work in the open market. I then had friends and collogues willing to invest in my concept. I then selected Crowdbotics as the development company. On 18 November 2021 we paid Crowdbotics $45,717.25 towards the ********************* with an estimated completion date of one (1) year. They assigned a project ************ spent weeks working on the project ********************* I still have a full-time job as a site manager for a maintenance company. We had numerous meetings where I was show screen ****************** that was in line with the scope. Before the project completion, the manager assigned to my project resigned. They then brought on a new manager take took over my project. He then was also in the process of resigning and they wanted me to sign off the project. I was currently busy with numerous project with limited time to review the app. ************** development is outside my field of expertise, so I relied on their expertise. The link was sent to a test module with issues which was raised. They then claimed it was resolved and gave me the project to sign off on 20 November 2022. In December 2022 one of the investors downloaded the app and raised concerns. I then brought in a technical expert in January 2023 to help me. It then became clear that their are serious defects. I sent a detailed punch list to Crowdbotics on 19 Jan 23 raising my concerns. They then arranged a meeting on 24 Jan 23 (which was recorded by them) where I showed all the problems and they acknowledged that there are serious discrepancies. On 27 Jan 23 they turned around and said I have to pay more money to get the issues resolved seeing as I accepted. They are fully aware that this is outside my expertise. I'm attaching the dashboard, link to the app, punch list and completion cert showing that they did not adhere to the requirements.
