      My wife and I purchased a Certified Pre ************** on 4/4/2022 and signed documents provided by the dealership that stated our vehicle had never been in an accident. There were a few questionable things pointed out to the salesperson before the purchase (overspray on the tires and front window, slight paint/texture defects on the trunk), but he assured us the vehicle had never been in an accident. A day or two after the purchase we noticed a significant bubble on one of the front tires which resulted in the dealership paying for a replacement tire due to safety concerns. Additionally I noticed the horn cap on the steering wheel was loose, which raised questions about the possibility of an accident or airbag deployment/replacement - I contacted the salesperson via text and arranged to bring the vehicle in for repairs. Today (8/7/22) we found out through another dealership that the vehicle WAS in an accident reported on 3/24/2022, which occurred while the car was under possession of Autobahn Motors. We feel this was an obvious misrepresentation of the facts, we NEVER would have purchased this vehicle, and are outraged that such a supposedly reputable business would conduct this type of transaction. We no longer feel safe driving this vehicle!! The Car Fax provided by Autobahn is attached along with the Experian Vehicle History Report received today.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********.  The dealership returned all the money spent on the vehicle monthly payments and down included. I let them off light actually me and my wife let them off like they lied about the Carfax and promised us not to *** them if they gave us the money back ********** a disclosure not suing them. I advise anybody buying a car to double check it through Experian or Carfax or even the *** on prior accidents. Please advise people to stay away from autobahn motors they are crooked dealership probably along with many others. It also like the old saying dont leave a paper trail!

      I sold my 2019 ******** benz GLC 350e to Autobahn Motors on April 9th. The sale price is $34200. Based on my car's payoff value, the business promised that they will issue a check of $1620.80 (diff between sale price and payoff price) and do direct deposit to my bank account on 04/12/2022. I have contacted them almost every day and I haven't received my money yet. I will attach the check request from them.

      02/07/2022 Attempted to purchase a car from this company at their ***************** location spoke to one of their Sales Representatives (*****************************) we spoke to him saw the car and agreed that as soon as the car went through inspection (as before that we couldn't test drive or purchase the vehicle) we would come buy it next day as i was working their salesmen called my girlfriend and harassed her to come put a down payment immediately because someone else was trying to buy the car even though it had yet to go through inspection whilst we were never given that opportunity after several aggressive phone calls and voicemails I told her to say to just sell the car but to ask to speak to a manager so that he could stop harassing her when she next spoke to him as soon as she said to sell the vehicle he said "well maybe next time" and hung up without giving her a chance to speak or any curtesy whatsoever.

      i purchased a acura 2012 tl from autobahn in ******* ********** after bringing the car home it leaked oil all over my driveway coolant was empty car had no oil left at all oil everywhere the next morning needed the car for work at that time so had no time to tow the vehicle back to autobahn i got the car fixed and contacted the manager *********************** he stated he would not cover any repairs when i bought the car they said it was checked by thier mechanics im lucky i did not get in an accident since no oil or coolant i spent over 1.5 k on all repairs overall bad customer expietence and they dont check their used cars before they sell them very dangerous for all buyers nothing was offered to resolve the issue car to this day has multiple other issues oil leaked because of a broken seal/cap oil plug on the oil pan costly repair now may need a new alternator

      To whom it may concern, My car caught on fire in July. I am trying to talk with someone who works at Autobahn Motors. However, no one is willing to help, their customer service is very bad. I filed the claim on BBB last month, and I revived a message from someone who said he will help me to contract with their manager in ************** but when I was trying to call this person, no one hand up the phone. I left a message, and hope they can call back to me, no one respond as well. I am waiting for their response for more than 2 months. Can you please help with that? I am really disappoint with their service when my car got an issue.

I tried to find someone who can help me to claim the loss in the dealer, however, they are unwilling to help me and their service is very bad. They just want to ignore my claim.       I sold my 2017 ******** GLE 350 in May of 2021 while it was still under the original factory warranty. I requested a refund of the completely unused extended warranty and dent coverage that I purchased when I bought the car as a Certified Preowned Vehicle in July of 2020. I was told at the time of purchase that an unused extended warranty or dent coverage would be refunded if I sold the vehicle. This has been my past experience with ********. The issue is that my refund requests have been pretty much ignored despite repeated email and phone calls since May. After emailing the general manager, I was sent a form July 27th that I promptly returned. I was asked for the form again on July 31st which I promptly resent. There has been no response to my requests for confirmation of receipt or an update. The company owes me about $5000. Please assist. Thanks!
