    Ordered a hood on Amazon from them. Shows up 3 weeks later hood was delivered without my inspection. Hood was severely damaged and they would not accept the return! Horrible place to deal with!!

    Horrible, don't recommend! ?? They practically forced me to purchased an item that I ask 3-4 time's to cancelled. 3 day after they responded that the item can't be cancelled because was going to be delivered??? 2/1/2 weeks later email from ***** that my package was on the way. The paquege never arrived. 3 weeks later, "out part Giant " send a message stated my refund was going to be back in my account in 1-2 day 4 day later, no refund, and no response to my message or Amazon messages. I purchase the item through ****** prime app.

    They are negligent and irresponsible in the delivery of orders, I placed an order through Amazon, they supposedly sent it by *****, but the order did not arrive and they simply washed their hands of it.

    Ordered a bumper. It came with both ends folded up like a taco . Couldnt even be fixed because it was creased. Refused to make it right

    Absolutely AWFUL!Do not buy from this retailer on Amazon. Does not stand behind their product and guarantee fitment and then when it doesn't fit will not take the product back because of a 30 policy.

    Ordered a part the port did not come in said I would receive it by the 13th then changed it to the 15th then changed it to the 16th then changed it to the 21st. The tracking number I was provided says *** the tracking number is not a *** or a U9 and state ************** tracking number waste of time.

    Ordered a set of bumper brackets for my 95 ***** description said inner and outer brackets received my order today to open it up to only outer brackets no inner brackets and was told have to wait 48hrs for a response
