  We had 2 storages in *********** that needed to go to Brooklyn. **-** Express showed up first thing in the AM and packed both storage units and by the end of the day, everything was in their ************* to go. A few months later, we moved it all to Brooklyn and it arrived at our warehouse without any issues. The crew finished the whole delivery in one (long) day, picked up their trash and was professional throughout the move.Very good communication w. their sales and customer service throughout.

  I'm going to give an honest real time review. CA-NY express our nice guys, reasonable. Are sure your inventory is airTIGHT-and if you PBO, then wrap well because they are not gentle with fragile items, and they won't reimburse you for the packing materials THEY charged you to pack and protect the fragile items, nor pay for said fragile fragile items. You, after considering packing items, will be 100% responsible for any item THEY break! How do i know this?Because it just happened to me ten minutes ago. Filed claim with ************************* in claims department at CA-NY with photos/video/evidence also featured in this review. TAMIR emailed me back with a DocuSign covering the *** basic insurance at .60 cents per pound. AGAIN-THEY packed it (charged me for packing materials), THEY BROKE IT meaning I have ZERO liability, yet they are only covering $96.00 while I'm stuck paying another $700.00 for a TV I didn't pack, move, or break. CA-NY express did, THAT's how THEY do BUSINESS. It would have been one thing if item was packed by me aka PBO or lost--this would leave me liable, and *** basic insurance would seem reasonable; but that's why moving companies have certificate of Insurance to cover things broken when they are providing their supposedly PROFESSIONAL packing and moving services. They would have gotten 5 stars if they did the right thing, but they PACKED, SHATTERED, AND TOTALED MY TV and left me paying for packing materials that didn't protect, and $700+ of additional debt. THAT is how CA-NY Express does business- so I give them one star for being nice guys, and zero stars for being professionally unethical and unaccountable.

  I just moved to *********** from *** using this service. I would highly recommend this moving company for anyone going coast-to-coast. 1) The timeline for receiving my things was very reasonable, it was only about 2 weeks from pick-up to delivery. 2) You get constant communication about where your things are along the journey which gave me peace of mind as I was focusing on other aspects of the move. 3) The movers on both sides were efficient, professional, and nice. Both times they arrived early which meant we were done early, we did an inventory of my stuff upon delivery to make sure everything was accounted for.

  Wow, what a fabulous job they did for me. They packed up all my breakable objects while I packed all the softer items. They were kind, efficient and nothing broke during the process. I highly recommend them.

  I used California ******** Express to move cross country, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. From the initial quote, to the packing and unpacking, to the physical move, everything was handled with care and efficiency. The crew was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. They answered any questions I had and helped to make my move a smooth and stress-free experience. I especially appreciated their helpful attitude and prompt turnaround times. Overall, I couldn't recommend California ******** Express more highly; they handled my move with professionalism and competence, making it a hassle-free experience.

  My experience with California ******** Express was nothing short of extraordinary. I was relocating to ************* and wanted to get there as quickly as possible, and their cross-country moving service made that dream a reality. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth and stress-free. They provided a detailed plan for my move, answered all my questions clearly, and kept me informed every step of the way.   Incredibly impressed by this company and their crew. I have moved countless times and never have I experienced such white glove service as I did with my move with CA-** Express. The crew was so kind, communicative, fast, gentle and responsible with all of my items. I used them for my move from Studio City to ******, which is great to know they do local moves as well! They truly went above and beyond to make sure my move went as smoothly as possible. I cannot recommend this company enough!!!

  From start to finish, the entire moving experience was seamless and stress-free. The movers were professional and efficient, making sure to wrap and move our furniture promptly and carefully. The crew was friendly and courteous, answering all of our questions with helpfulness and patience. Prices were also reasonable and within our budget. We had an excellent experience with California New York Express Moving and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, trustworthy moving company.

  I recently had the pleasure of using California ******** Express to move cross-country, and I can't say enough good things about them! They were efficient, professional, and courteous from the initial quote process to the actual move itself. All my possessions were transported with amazing care and great attention to detail. Additionally, their customer service was stellar. The staff was friendly and responsive, always available to answer questions or address concerns. If I ever need to move again, California ******** Express will be my first call. I highly recommend it!

  I have worked in the moving industry in my far past, I also moved many times. CA ** Exprerss was by far the absolute best moving company one can ask for Starting with the on-site estimate provided by ***************** the way to the delivery of all of our items. This move included a 5 man crew and a full 30 foot truck. My wife and I did the packing our selves and of course fell short and were not completely ready for the pickup. Not only that the crew arrived right on time, their friendly and professional attitude was so on point, they helped us with finishing all of the packing and did did it with a smile. They disassembled our beds and reassembled them with ease. Not one items was missing or damaged. It was so refreshing to have an actual real moving crew, guys that are actually trained and that actually take their job seriously. One can see that this is their actual carrier and not some random gig along the way. Ohh and one other refreshing note: No one tried to up-sell or hit us with any hidden charges, not even once!!! Their contract was clear and they performed accordingly. Who knew that moving (one of the most stressful things one can go through) can be so pleasant. We highly recommend this moving company.
