Customer ************** purchased a vehicle at our location on July 9th, 2022. Customer test drove the vehicle, filled out credit application, we ran his credit with his approval and presented him the loan approval details such as required down-payment, monthly payments, and interest rate. Salesman and finance manager explained the contract details and information of the vehicle thoroughly. He agreed to all terms, signed all required and legal paperwork to purchase vehicle, signed 54 times (English and Spanish translation) agreeing to purchase this vehicle. During the sale customer ************** did not show any symptoms of confusion or difficulty hearing or speaking. Customer was offered a contract cancellation option agreement which was declined on his behalf. After sale he was given copies all the paperwork signed, customer left our location happy with his purchase.

Customer was not pressured into purchasing a vehicle. Customer willingly signed all required signatures and wanted to purchase this vehicle. He mentioned the open auto loan on his credit report wasn't his, said ********************* his credit to get approved *************** ************** stated he wanted this ****************** for himself. Mr. ****** was very much aware of all his surroundings and what he was doing.

This deal has been financed ******************** We are unable to refund this customer.

We are a company with strong ethics, we use our best judgement every day. We would not have completed this transaction if we felt like Mr. ****** was not mentally stable or unhappy with his purchase.
