    Fast track towing
    Paid $877 for storage fees & $85 for towing
    No resolution from company
    I paid my fees and when vehicle was about to get towed the receptionist mentioned I needed sheriff release and it was to late due to 4th of July weekend. I went multiple times to and receptionist was sarcastic and rude and said my fees were not refundable and I had to pay for my property to be returned. It is not fair that I have to lose out on vehicle and money that I don't have due to the woman's error.

    Ms. ********* car was impounded by the Sheriff. She made a partial payment of fees and needed a Sheriff release in order to get the vehicle out of impound.

    When she arrived with the Sheriff release she did not want to pay the storage fees that had accumulated on the vehicle.

    This vehicle has since cleared lien.

    We are contracted with the San Bernardino Sheriff Department . This tow was requested by the Sheriff dept. The customer can not pick up the vehicle without a Sheriff release. She came in and paid for the tow and storage up to July 1st, 2022. She came back 11 days later with a release. We never saw the release and she refused to pay the 11 extra days of storage.

     I am rejecting this response because:


    I paid for all the storage fees and towing for that exact date and she was about to  notify driver that my vehicle needed to be towed to my residence. She opened up my file to give me some copies and discovered I needed sheriff release. Since I wasn't given my vehicle then I should get a refund. I was given a refund for the $85 towing fee. Who throws $900 away to a tow yard for a vehicle that is not returned? Why should I have to pay for storage and towing fees for a vehicle that I do not have stored there? I should not have to lose out on my money and car for the workers mistake. I was not given a copy of anything nor told what was required. The sheriff made the mistake in writing wrong Vin #. She would not help and give me correct Vin number knowing it was my vehicle so that prolonged the process in obtaining the registration from DMV that the sheriff required. I had no other transportation due to my other vehicle being stolen. I just want a refund and to be treated with some type of respect and dignity.
