              Unfortunately we had to surrender our Nissan to the bank because of unforeseen income loss and much higher bills including medical bills. When we bought the car in 2022 it came with an extended warranty. Weeks ago I ask to cancel and refund to the bank the cost of the extended warranty to get the balance due lowered. This came I am told to $2600. The bank has not received anything. I went back to the dealership and ask for a copy of the request. They said they did not have one because they faxed it in and would take 12-16 weeks to process and that the gap insurance cannot be refunded. The bank could not believe it. If I had this money refunded to the bank, I could possibly get the car back and sell it. This is causing very high anxiety to me and my wife who are retired. I do not know what the next step is but will find out. We have never had a problem like this before.

              Listed features on ticket in window that weren't in car. After I bought it I noticed. Ignored my efforts to try and deal with it after sale.
