    1/11/2024 $6210.15 .i left my truck at the shop for them to fix a transmission problem I had on my truck on 11/30/2023 and got my truck back on 1/11/2024 however I was only 1 week into driving when I noticed that the transmission still had the same problems as before, so I took my truck back to the shop and the guy that had worked on my truck previously said that he was gonna take a look at it and inspect it further I then left. Then after about 2 weeks i contacted the guy to get an update to see if my truck was ready to go and if the problem had been fixed, however he told me he was waiting on some parts he needed to get it fixed, 2 weeks later I contacted him again to see if it was ready,again, and he said it was. So I picked up the truck and lo and behold 2 weeks later I noticed a problem again with the transmission to which I took it to the same shop again. When I arrived the guy named ****** which was the guy that had worked on my truck previously, he told me to take him for a ride to see if he could diagnose the problem, after driving down the road a couple miles he assured me that he now knew what the problem was, so then I left my truck at his ************ to fix once again. Then after about 1 month I contacted him, and he stated that my truck was ready, and that he was driving the truck around to make sure that the truck was good and ready to go, which he assured me multiple times that it was good and ready. so after about a week on my free time I contacted him to tell him I was ready to go pickup my truck which last week he told me was ready, and to my surprise he told me that he was waiting on some parts to fix my truck. which at that point I became incredibly suspicious of his actions and I perceived him to be lying to me from our previous week interaction. And I told him to have my truck ready for pickup by the end of the week because I was done with his games, to which point he ignored me, and thats when I decided to file the complaint.
