    Absolutely horrible company. I ordered leveling struts, which came heavily damaged. I reached out and after some time was given a return label, and was informed the new struts would be sent out as soon as I dropped off the return. It has been almost a week and I have not received a single email regarding the replacement. All their phone lines are either busy or will never be picked up. Please do not waste your time doing business with this company. They will send defective/used parts and never answer you.

    It's been over a month and I still haven't gotten a response on my order, I have left voicemail, emails and emails and no luck and will be calling my ******************* for assistance

    Ya know they sell ya the goods then just simply don't back up the products.....it's upsetting to see someone with a BBB of 1 Star.

    Purchased a pair of springs from them on there web page saying they have the item in stock and ready to ship 3-5 days on arrival, paid them on Pay Pal , didnt get a formal invoice with no part number or tracking number and found it suspicious , tried calling them no one answers one hour waiting on there line , whet into there web page to ask about the tracking number, and one of the sale *** on there internal web page chat told me theres no tracking beacuse it would take one to three weeks to be delivered to my destination. im the lower ************************************************************************************** there full of s..t that they have in in stock but actually dont, thats false advertising on there web page saying the have it in stock and actually dont, customer service NEGATIVE -100.

    Product arrived damaged with missing parts. **************** is on par with the rest of the world, absolutely terrible. They offered to reimburse cost of missing parts if we provided receipts, this does not cover the cost of my employees wages or millage incurred to source the parts locally. They only cost a few dollars. Yet has cost us significantly more.This auto-email response is not true. There has been nothing immediate and I asked for replacements to be sent in my initial email."I received a damaged product, or my order is missing hardware If your order arrived damaged, missing hardware looks used/pre-installed, or incomplete, we will immediately send replacements"The online chat is only used for sales inquires, the conversation ended without response to our missing part inquiry.The phone number has an unprofessional message stating they are far too busy eating pizza and cannot help you. This recording plays outside of lunch hours. Unable to reach a human to speak with.Would not recommend Shock Surplus.

    ShockSurplus, What can i say.They shipped the wrong shocks for my Jeep. I have recipe's and shipping label and emails to prove it. I even took pictures of the shocks with part numbers that was stamped right on the shocks along with the model of the vehicle they are made ****** was not a good experience trying to get a return label. At first they would talk to me over the phone and by email. Every time i would get someone on the phone or by email they told me it take's 3 to 5 day's for the process and some would get back to me. I left message's with my name and number and no one returns the call's. After a few weeks of and phone conversations and emails to them communication stopped.The shocks i bought were Teraflex shocks so i reached out there customer service and explained what was going on.Teraflex did talk to someone at Shock Surplus.Teraflex finally after a week or so got someone at ShockSurplus to send me a return ******** i sent the shocks to the address on label that took about 8 day's to get to the address where they where being sent. It took another 4 day's for them to finally tell me i would be refunded.This all started on April 25th and wasn't until May 31 I knew i would get my money refunded.If it wasn't for me reaching out to customer support at Teraflex i doubt i would have got the refund.All i can say is do your research before buying on line.I did get a full refund less shipping coast's. Buyer beware and do your research first.

    Turns out after making a couple of calls.Shocked surplus is not a authorized vendor for the equipment at ***** billStein kYb and others have stated that they don't have to hold to the standards of the company mame .Make sure you look up and buy from the authorized seller only, I found out the hard ****** warranty is basically useless.I will never buy there again.And I have been a steady customer for years

    They took over two months to send out all my items that were ordered and they kept giving me the run around. They had very poor customer service and were not very helpful in providing updates on product information.they even sent an email say if I wanted it sooner it would be set in parts and I would have to figure out how to put it together myself. I will never order from this company again and I hope others do not make this mistake.

    The customer service isn't bad, its non-existant. 10 days of trying to make contact via phone, email and chat has produced nothing. There was a problem with the springs I ordered and have not been able to talk to anyone about it. Huge mistake ordering from this company.

    Theyre just a drop ship outfit. Dont waste your time. When a company has more about their return policy than anything else on their business order page thats a red flag.

    The customer purchased the parts based on a part number they searched and was not part of a vehicle fitment we listed. The return was received for a customer error. The customer began to harass our agents, stating we sent the wrong item and we gave them a full refund; however, that was not the case. If end user would do their due diligence to order the correct parts on their own without contacting us, then we would not have to deal with returns as customers order incorrectly.
