    Technician worked hard to get my computer to work correctly. It is now past 8 pm and he started at noon today. I really appreciate his perseverance to make this work and to get it done today not on Monday. I am looking forward to a more responsive computer that is secure and worry free. I must admit that he is also diligent in selling up products. I am hoping that they are very much worth the investment. We will know by next year when I have to sign up again. THANK YOU so much for having such a great employee who is respectful, patient and friendly.

    Very polite. effective, efficient. Especially since I am receiving fraud alerts and changing passwords. Have purchased a firewall. Hardest part is finding time to call for monthly service when travelling.
