      I wasn't aware that any funds were owed to me. I received a letter Informing me of what needed to be done to start the process and I received a check in the mail. Thank you so much ! Any assistance you may require definitely reach out to Payne ********* & Associates.

      When The bonds matured, I was unable to locate where to go. I did a lot of researching, but was unable to turn them in this firm was able to locate and process everything. I wish I had known about them before.

      I was contacted by Payne Richards re my unclaimed funds with the State that I was unaware of. I didt have the necessary information to claim the funds, so I authorized them to try to collect the funds on my behalf for a 10% fee. Fortunately, they were successful and I ultimately received a check from the State. My only negative is that it took several months with no communication from Payne Richards before receiving the check. However, it was only 2 days after I received the check when they contacted me for this review!

      This business is NOT A SCAM! At first, I thought it was when I received a letter from them on 11/16/2023. They said I had unclaimed monies from a real estate transaction that happened many years ago involving my homeowner's insurance. I didn't believe it, so I called the insurance company and sure enough, I was owed money. It turns out that the insurance co sent the money to the state of CA. I've never lived in ** and I had to send in some paperwork to prove to ** that it was my money. It took a while going back and forth, but I worked with ******* at Payne Richards and she was great! We communicated mostly by email, but she was always available when I called. Last week, 10/5/24, I received my check for $696. It took about 10 months, but they gave me a timeframe in the original letter, so I knew it would take some time. As stated, Payne Richards took 10% from the gross amount. I am thrilled that they recovered my money. I am happy to report they are not a SCAM!
