      Thank goodness for professional services of people like these! I have received my unclaimed property after 12 years of me being unavailable, and all I did was have patience and supplied my proof of identity. I did absolutely zero legwork and received my claim of over 2k with zero hassle! Would recommend their services to all!!

      Payne Richards & Assoc. did a nice job a contacting me about unclaimed funds that were six years old. It was nice to recover that money. A 10% finders fee for them seemed quite reasonable to me. It did take about five months to do the paperwork and have them submit it to the state and wait for the refund. Then they send an invoice for their fee.

      We received a letter from Payne Richards & Associates regarding our unclaimed property/money, with the amount showing in the address window! To help with the process of reclaiming the property, they charge 10% of the recovered amount. (stated on the second page). They also requested SSN and driver’s license information on the form.
      I’d rather recover 100% of my unclaimed property by submitting my own identification information myself through the official state government website (********** in California). Anyone can check periodically for updated unclaimed property online on their own state website.
