    The auto transmission shop lied to my warranty company and may lose my warranty on my vehicle. I only had my truck for less then 2 months.

    We informed the customer that the trans was damaged , we informed the extended warranty and they wanted to send it to ***** and the consumer stated he would bring it back when he had time to do the repairs.  There was no repairs done to the vehicle, he stated that he just purchased it, did not charge for the two days that it was at my shop.

    Mala reparacion en LA transmission a mi camioneta en l fecha 8/25/2021 y incumplimiento de LA garantia del trabajo regresando por El Mal trabajo en esta fecha 7/15/2022 en LA cual me hecharon de El lugar sin reparar mi camioneta LA cual tambien fuel daado El sistema electrico mientras estubo en este taller e intentado comunicarme con El taller por Medio de cartas notarisadas por correo y por llamadas telefonicas a Las cuales nunca e recivido contestacion y mi camioneta no a sido reparada por El taller Jose's Transmissions El cual si cobro $1,705'61 por un mal trabajo mas daos a El sistema electrico a mi camioneta

    I took my 1989 Ford Bronco into this shop for diagnosis and repairs on the transmission. It was not shifting out of second and shifting hard. It also had a leak.
    After 4 weeks of constant calls from me for updates on the problems and proposed repairs they finally returned my vehicle. They charged me over $600 and said all that was wrong was a leak.
    None of the issues were fixed other than a leak. They said I had only authorized the leak fix. I took it to another shop. They found that the transmission was 2 quarts low on fluid, and the torque converter and solenoid were out.
    The leak was found to have been repaired by the first shop by smearing silicone all over the underside of the vehicle.

    Date paid 2/26/2022 for my transmission to be rebuilt, I was offered an upgrade for an additional $500... on 10/28/2022 the transmission 3rd and 4th gears stopped working. I called and was pushed to the side for a week because they said there was no room in the shop, which I will have some understanding for that. I feel my warranty is not treated as valuable as a paying customer.. and I have been waiting a week now for my suv to be returned still, but when I was a paying customer I was returned my suv after 3 days. I feel I'm being pushed around and I've even lost my job for not having reliable transportation.
