On Saturday February 12 at 1:07PM , I called for a couples appointment & full body massage, I asked for the soonest appoinment and said we would go at 2pm, I was told 2pm was not available but "okay come in 2:15". We get there around 2:05 and we get there at the same time as another couple. In this case since no details were asked, such as our name, phone number, time of call, I will add our physical descriptions: we are a dark skinned couple of african descent, the other couple was light complexion and possibly European descent, not sure about their race, but as couples we were opposite ends of the color spectrum. The masseuse confirms upon arrival the other couples appointment time and they say 2:15, then he confirms our time and we say 2:15 as well. He proceeds to tell the other couple to proceed to get ready for the massage, then he tells me in google translate " you are suppose to call and make an appointment". At one point the other couple's wife/girlfriend noticed the unprofessionalism of the encounter and repeated twice to the masseuse "she has an appt at 2:15 as well". I proceed to show him the time I called on my cell phone, cleary showing the business name Alin perfection, the other couple confirmed they called at a similar time about 5 minutes prior. After this point, the masseuse and receptionist speak their language for a few minutes as we sat there, we then decided to leave, we told them we will just come another time, they said okay and we left.
