    I called Majestic Roofing on Friday, February 9th to file a claim on my shingles that were installed improperly causing them to fall off during the wind storm that happened on Sunday, February 4th. The receptionist that answered the phone said that the contractor, *********************, would call me to setup an appointment with me to come look at the roof. I never got a call. Instead, a gentleman came to my house on Monday, February 12 stating he needed to look at the roof and mentioned that he couldnt call me because he didnt have my number which I had given to the receptionist. I call back on Tuesday, February 13th and let her know that no one called me to setup an appointment to come look at my roof who later confirmed was a guy by the name of ****** who came to look at the roof. She assured me that the contractor ***** would give me a call to follow-up.***** called me on Wednesday, February 14, saying that the shingles were installed correctly, with no proof whatsoever, he expected me to take his word for it, which he did not even come look at himself like he was supposed to instead sent one of his workers. He didnt want to take responsibility for their lousy work, but instead blame it on the weather. He quoted me a price to get my shingles fixed, but I will not be hiring the same company and their lousy work. It should be done for at no cost because this would have never happened if they installed it properly in the first place.My roof is 4.5 years, theres older homes in this town with shingles whose shingles did not fall off. Prior to all this, I had another roofer come look at the roof to get a second ************ educated me on how shingles are supposed to be installed and that the ones on my roof were unfortunately installed incorrectly.

    We recieved a call from a home owner ***************************, over wind damage to her roof. I am an operations manager for the company and spoke to her about we had wind gusts to 80 mph. But we still sent my warranty person ****** out to inspect for her. He did an evaluation of the roof for her and determined that it was installed correctly so explained to her it was an act of God and a storm that we had no control of. She asked for an estimate which i presented her and became irrate with me. I gave her an estimate even with a reduced amount. She then went off on me that what if my employees dont know what they are doing and i explained to her they have many years experience and that is what we hire them for. She then got mad again and said why didnt i come out to look at her roof and told her i am in the office 90% of the time and that is why we have hired employees with knowledge in the roofing field. That was the last i heard from her upon recieving this from your office.

     I am rejecting this response because:

    I want to begin by clarifying that I never asked for an estimate from **************. I was referred to by the home builder for guidance on navigating this unfortunate situation. When I called majestic roofing, I initially spoke to *********, and stated I was calling to file a claim.

    As initially mentioned, I anticipated ************** to arrange an appointment before inspecting the roof, as per the company's set expectation. I was displeased when an unannounced employee visited my home in my absence, deviating from the established expectation. The following day, I had to initiate contact to seek clarification on the situation.

    Mr. Skiba  never communicated a reduced cost; I have an email detailing the full expense he intended to charge for the damages. It's important to note this correction for accuracy in our discussions. I never said that his employees dont know what they are doing. I expressed concerns about the quality of the installation, emphasizing the need for proof despite the employees' experience. Experience alone doesn't guarantee quality or trustworthiness.

    I understand that unforeseen circumstances arise, but there was no fair or reasonable resolution for the damage done to my roof. I did not receive the assistance I anticipated.
