I am writing to officially file a complaint against *******************, the owner of Advanced Engine and Machine, regarding a recent service that resulted in missing parts and unfulfilled commitments.As an individual, I was overseeing maintenance on a vehicle for someone else, entrusting their cylinder head to Advanced Engine and Machine with the understanding that the services would be completed within three weeks. Unfortunately, the return of the cylinder head was delayed by three months. Upon inspection, it was discovered that crucial parts were missing, and no work had been carried out, contrary to the commitment made by ********************This situation has caused significant inconvenience and frustration for the vehicle owner.
