  Requested Service thru my Home Warranty on a Friday for a plumber. On Monday I had received no call. I called the company from 9 to 11 with no response. Call the **************** they called them and then they called for an appt. We are the Landlords and told them that we need to be at the property, ignored. a Tech went out and took pictures and sent to another tech, never met with him and did not receive an estimate. A tech called and said it would cost us $900, but still no estimate from them. Home Warranty approved the water heater but I had to pry the estimate from the ** so they read them off to me. Met the plumber at the property and watched the work to be done, work that was quoted was not done and we requested a credit. Which the "boss" **** gave us. Of course this was all after calling the ** many times over and over. The plumber ***** was a good plumber but the company is very bad at managing the calls, customer service is a mute point management could care less, they over estimate the work hoping you don't know s*** about it. We were there for 3-4 hours watching. Also there address at ************************** is bogas and they are not accredited by the BBB. BEWARE.

  Inexperienced and lazy employees they have sent to my residence... They don't do anything pertaining to the actual problem, ever. They have completely ignored me when I've tried telling them what's going on. They work on something lame and call it repaired. Three times for same problem they have came out! Three! I swear on my life! But these incompetent plumbers chose to ignore me and tighten pipes under the sink that weren't loose and do other lame stuff like flush toilet over and over....it's an absolute shame. Also, they lag about everything. They took two weeks to submit the work order to insurance. That's after I called twice once a week in (nothing got done), and then again on week two then they finally get it submitted, and it was denied..3 days ago, so here it is: day 17 and I'm only finding out because I called. The out of pocket quote for what insurance won't cover is absolutely ridiculous considering all the time they've wasted, and after all the nonsense I've been through dealing with them :( ..why must I have to be on them all to get any of these things done? I can't submit work orders dammit! No work ethic shown from anyone. Insurance is getting fired too.. they're only to blame for not notifying me 3 days ago when it was received and they denied it. It's an urgent matter people! AHHHHHHHHHHHH ! All this lack of work performance is causing more problems and do they care???? Apparently not! I hate this whole situation. What a joke these companies are! They have sent 3 different employees, and they were ALL incompetent in their own way. That's on God. Choose anyone else, or you'll regret it. They are airheads here.

  We had The Honest Plumber out here last night at 4 AM due to a flood in our living room coming from the ceiling. They came out here and took care of the problem at a fair cost. Other people wanted $200 just to show up. They did not charge me anything to show up just to do the job. I would definitely recommend The Honest Plumber anytime. I see these other reviews and it looks like their complaint is with the home warranty more than it is with the Honest Plumber.

  Do not use this plumber service. They installed a faucet that is unacceptable and that does not meet the standards set in our home warranty contract. They replaced our $500 faucet with a cheap $90 faucet from Lowes. The faucet they replaced ours with does not have as many features as per our contract states it should, does not even reach to the edge of the sink and kinks any time you slightly raise it to wash dishes fill pitchers etc. I reached out to the supervisor to see what can be done as the replacement was unacceptable and unusable in the capacity as the one we had. He told me that i could purchase a faucet of my choosing and they could come back and install it for a $90 service fee. The supervisor was very rude and unprofessional. As per our contract the any replacements should have similar features, capacity, and efficiency up to $1000. The faucet they replaced ours with does not. They should of ordered the same or similar faucet instead of running to the nearest hardware store and buying the cheapest one they had.

  Warranty company sent them out for a low water pressure in my tub. They replaced the valve. But said I needed to replace the line insurance didn't cover this part. I paid $1000 still had the same problem. They said it was because I had galvanized pipes and i need a whole repiping. So I had another plumber out and he said they didn't run a new line they only put about two feet of line in. Thats why it didn't fix the problem. So they totally ripped me off for $1000. They only gave a 30 day warranty and it had run out. The new plumber said it should have been a one year warranty. Either way they didn't do the work they charged me a thousand dollars for. These guys are total crooks and should be run out of business.
