    Calmini has failed to provide their product/refund in a reasonable amount of time that they promised. They don't respond to emails, whenever I call the company I'm am told the receptionist cannot perform the task that I need and will tell me the owner (*****) will call me back. He never calls in a reasonable amount of time and when he does call I never seem to hear the phone ring I only get voicemails. The only time I was able to get on the phone with him is when I called from a different number and requested some information on "another product that I would like to purchase" he answered swiftly. After a back and forth argument he then told me he would refund me at the end of the day, He did call at the end of the day but said I couldn't receive the refund due to credit card issues, where he then said that he would send out a check that day. It's been 2weeks since that day and I have not gotten any refund or response.

    On November 18 2024 I purchased a lift kit for my ****** Samurai from Calmini products Mfg, The money was taken out of my account on November *******, they told me they were moving buildings and at the time I told them I'm in no rush, on January 4 2025 I received a copy of my purchase agreement from them and no time frame for shipment but waiting on parts to be received at their warehouse they told me that it should be in by the end of January, but still nothing shipped.I have been calling each week to either get a refund or my product shipped now I am getting filtered when i call their phone numbers, i just want my money back and do not want their business anymore.

    On August 29th, 2024 an order was place for $1,399.95 for a 3 inch suspension system. Payment sent next day. Payment was confirmed by ***** D. ****** via email. ( 9 months ago)Product was never delivered.Many calls to *****. Talked to him, always said "Will call back" Never did.Will file Small Claim this week at *****************.

    I placed an order on 7/3/24 for item SS1550 ************************** 3"). Sales Order# *****. Total item price $749.95 plus shipping $195. They processed the payment on 9/17/24. They didn't ship until September 26, 2024. Shipped via ***. Order was incomplete. Got a second delivery on October 16. Still not all parts were delivered. Many communications between that day and November 22, 2024. No response. They created an *** label to ship more parts but didn't get the item to *** until December 4. Item received on December 10. Still incomplete order. Missing many parts. No response to multiple emails and calls. They went completely silent.

    I ordered a lift kit on 7/23/24 for a ***** tracker. the cost was $1275.00 paid at the time of order. The expected delivery date was by the end of August. I received a call from ***** at Calmini telling me that there was a delay in powder coating and it would be closer to September 10th or so. Around the middle of September when I still did not have my parts I called and asked when they would be shipped. They said there was issues with system would get back to me, never did. On October 4th I sent an email stating I had not received my parts and was considering cancelling order. they replied that they would be shipped that day. The next day I did receive a tracking order, but when shipment arrived there was only one set of coil springs. I sent another email asking where the remainder of my order was and did not receive a response. I then called ***** and got more excuses and empty promises. I have sense talked with them nearly weekly and have not gotten my parts or a refund.

    Oct 22/2023 I placed an order for a 3 lift kit for a 2003 ****** xterra . Paid for the order and never received the kit . Many phone calls to ***** and lie after lie about out of stock back ordered etc asked many times for a refund but owner refused to issue one .

    I ordered a 6 suspension lift July 2023. Was told the lift would be charged to my card at time of shipment. 8/9/23 cc was charged. Was not received. After 30 days talked to ***** and **** was a delay in powder coating and end of week would go out 9/14/23. Tried calling weekly with new excuses and no product. Then in april after demanding a refund, ***** stated he would have the product in the mail tomorrow. He sent a 3 body lift and i called to hear him say it was part of the order. To explain there is no body lift in a suspension lift. When i spoke to him he became angry and I asked once again for a refund. I continue to try and contact ***** from april-june. The first week of June I was able to talk to him. He stated, to mail it back and he would get a check to me. This was the first week in june. June 6th the wrong part was sent back. I have a receipt that it was received. Since I have been lied to on multiple occasions and still no refund and this has been a battle for over a year to still receive nothing, but this company has stolen money from me at this point. After looking at the better business bureau this is clearly a repeating scam. Of course after 60 days the credit card will not dispute the claim and he keeps everything. Please look into this and thank you for your time

    Transaction Date: 5/17/2024 Purchase Price: $1449.90 Products Purchased:1991-1992 Isuzu Rodeo 3" Lift Kit (Complete system includes: 2 front upper control arms, new center cross member assembly, new front stainless brake lines, 4 rear add--a--leaf springs, 2 front heavy rate torsion bars, 2 front, 2 rear bump stop extensions, 4 shocks, 4 u--bolts w/spring clamps, a pair of our longer, heavy duty shackles, and complete urethane hardware and detailed instructions.)Steering Stabilizer I purchased the products on 5/17/2024. I received an email and sales order slip at the time confirming the order. I didn't hear anything else for weeks. I called them inquiring on the status of the order. I was told by ***** the owner that they had a small supply issue but it would probably take a couple weeks to get everything in. Again I waited without any word from them. Called again was told they almost had everything and parts would be out by the end of the week. They never shipped anything.It was over 2 months of me asking by email and phone about my order and finally asking for my money back, before ***** said they were shipping stuff to me. However all I received was the steering stabilizer. I have since only received the springs, and shackles. The vast majority of my order remains unfilled despite ***** telling me last week that they had everything except the torsion bars. Again he promised to ship stuff last Friday and forward me tracking numbers. It's been a week and still nothing from him. Calmini is selling parts on their website that they don't have. There is nothing on the site stating they are on backorder and if I would have known I wouldn't have ordered. I have asked for my money back several times. And I get excuses and promises to ship stuff. After 3 months $1065 of my order remains unfilled. I want my money back. But calmini has not offered to resolve this.

    I Ordered a suspension kit an paid an initial deposit to *********************** with full traction suspension on 8/7/2023 which I have attached the initial sales order receipt. He then contacted me on 12/6/2023 saying my kit was finished and that he would s*** it out later that week but needed to the remaining $3111 owed on the suspension kit which I paid that day. I never received my suspension kit to this day. He has attempted to send me two different freight tracking numbers. One on 3/22/2024 and email from ****** off road sales, which searching for the tracking number never existed with the shipper. He later told me over ta phone call that the shipper lost or stole the suspension kit. I then received another tracking order, this time from calmini sales on 5/13/2024 with another tracking number that did not exist with the shipper. All during these months I have been calling ***** trying to talk with him always having an excuse as to why things were not moving along or that he would have my kit to me or to call him later or next week. on 5/13/2024 with no ability to get answers I proceeded to cancel my credit car transaction of the $3111 which was credited back to my account. ***** then contacted me by phone saying he would offer me a deeper discount and that he could get a suspension kit to me by next week if I kept the order with him. I declined as i had heard numerous statements from him at this point that my trust was lost. I then proceeded to cancel my debit card transaction and have ran into issues here. Since ***** " ran into issues and I've never had to do this in all the years I've been in business" we made the initial deposit of $3000 through Venmo so my bank wont refund me the money. I've tried to contact ***** again and ll he had to say was to call him later this week. I have tried to request the money on ***** from him but to no avail. If there is any other information or paperwork you would like please just ask. Thank you for your time.

    I bought a suspension system lift kit from Calmini off road back on may 2024 and paid ******* dlls. For the product. I have only received the read leaf springs and nothing else , I only got this because I been calling almost every day for the past month to get updated on the order. They collected the money already and I do t have a suspension. Every time I call , I get told That the owner will call me back but never get the call. They have provided a tracking but I hasnt been sent. Still waiting.
