There is a clerk who answers the phone for appointments named **** she is very unprofessional and needs more training when it comes to talking and dealing with patients. I was told by another clerk to call right at 8 am to get a same day appointment mind you someone who needs a same day appointment usually needs medical attention asap or its concerning to the parent what might be going on, so the fact that she handled my call so rudely by hanging up on me after saying they do not make same day appointments which if she would let me talk, i was asking to make a wellness appointment after me giving her the information for my son to be seen I asked her name and she hung up on me for no reason. My son needed medical attention I thought this office was more hands on but your answering clerk needs more training and reminding she is dealing with infants and children and to be more helpful and professional even over the phone. ******* was very helpful I had to call back after being hung up, gave her same information and she found me a same day appointment and since it was a later time I wasnt able to make it. She also informed me I can always go to a urgent care and even told the name of a few. My son has a fungal infection on his cheek it was really bad mind you hes only 4 months was seen by *********** and I was waiting for over an hour in a room to be seen he walks in says hi, how is he, I show him his cheek he said oh hes fine thats normal mind you on the 18 that was said its now the 27th and it has turned into a full fungal infection I knew something was wrong but this office has faild my son in regards to treatment and policies of careing for patients as a priority. I am Changing pediatricians immediately I have four kids and will not deal with negative workers it was uncalled for and my son didnt deserve that.
