    I bought brand new gardening machinery which did not work from the beginning I took it to the stores shop and they could not fix they had me take them to their other location where they were at for 2 months before telling me they cannot fix them nor give me my money back it was a total of $5,716.68 I have not been able to return them nor get them fixed I am a gardener this is my job and I am having to run around trying to get them fixed when simply returning them and getting my money would be best at this point

    Customer purchased 2 lawnmowers in November 2023, brought them in initially because wheels were locking up and transmission problems. We changed the transmission through warranty but were not successful in fixing the locking of wheels. He took his mowers to another authorized Exmark dealer in ****** & according to their tech ****** after they diagnosed it-******************** refused to let them fix the mowers.  He came back to our store and asked for a refund. We do not refund customers on any used lawn equipment because we do not know the wear and tear that the equipment has been put through.  ******************** used his equipment for 2 months before bringing it in. You will see on the original sales invoice that 2 mowers were purchased. The other mower was brought in at the same time with a bent brake disc and that was repaired by us. This is why we will not refund equipment because we have no way of knowing what type of usage it has been put through and it will not have the same resale value.

     I am rejecting this response because:

    I am okay with not receiving a refund however I have been a gardener for the last 30 years. I am more than fully aware the management and reputable service for Exmarks Equipment as of ***** weeds however the lawnmowers I bought do no uphold that standard and neither have these companies. It is not simply the locking of the wheels they do not work. They are damaged and I did not even get to utilize them for my business you can see how long they were in the shop getting fixed they never did. Now I have wasted ample amount of time and money trying to fix something that they are writing off as thats just the way it works when this is simply an excuse and not the case at all. And saying its just another issue causing the other issue. At this point Im just getting bounced around and nothing is getting fixed. This is unprofessional at its greatest.
