            I have been reaching out to my assigned claim representatives at this company for 40 days with no response. I have emailed and called leaving multiple voicemails with no return call. I have requested her supervisor call me directly. I have spoken to her coworkers who tell me they have sent **** emails and instant messages letting her know that I am requesting a call back. This is completely unacceptable customer service and this company should be nothing but ashamed for a 1 star service.

            Zero stars for their claims department. My parked vehicle was unfortunately hit by one of their insureds. The at fault driver did leave a note on the car but did not remain at the scene and try to locate the owner. CIG dropped the ball from the very beginning by changing the adjuster on the claim three times and never returning phone calls. We had to pay for all our damages out of pocket and wait for reimbursement. As a former auto claims adjuster, I know that payments to collision centers and direct bill for rental cars is standard practice. These were never offered and we are still waiting to be made whole on additional property damage expenses and now diminished value on our vehicle.
