This vacility deserves 0 stars. They advertise that they have numerous specialists on hand & are especially good with detox. When I went there to voluntarily detox, they immediately started my discharge as soon as I had not puked for an hour but could still not keep down any food or water, was still having horrible hot & cold flashes, could not control my shaking, had extreme headache/bodyache, sharp chest and stomach pains, as well as difficulty breathing, etc. I asked why they were discharging me so soon & desperately tried explaining to them how sick I still was. They told me that their labs showed I was fine (when they took my blood that morning at least half of the tests weren't even good bc they could not find a good vein to get the blood out fast enough, it coagulated in the test tube making the lab test useless, the flobotomist admitted to another nurse in my room out loud that the tests were bad and they needed to draw more blood later which they never did.) and that if I wanted more help I needed to go to a specialist. I pointed out that their website says they have specialists and can run tests. He told me that I ask to many questions, was a rude girl who did not understand, and should go to a facility that does detox because they do not. Many more things happened that deserve mentioning but I'm running out of characters so I'll end on this. They denied me access to a bathroom for so long that I soiled the clothes I came in wearing. Upon discharge I planned to just wear the hospital gown home bc who wants to put on poop soiled clothing. They told me that was inappropriate and that I must put my soiled clothing back on. I refused bc that's disgusting, so they held me for a while unsure what to do until they finally decided I could leave naked under a towel because somehow that was less revealing than me wearing a long shoulder covered gown. Even the uber driver commented that he picks people up in hospital gowns regularly but I was the 1st in only a towel.
